I can tell you hands down Capital Dodge is my dealer of choice and should be yours too. It can be difficult to replicate a noise problem, but the team of Capital Dodge (Thank you Ryan Rodney & Isaiah) they really took the time to listen to my challenge and did everything they could to find and isolate what my problem was. With their savvy diagnostic equipment and great technicians, they were able to pin it down and provide the solution. I was greatful for them having the knowledge, know how and equipment to get it done... Don't lose time going else where to someone that may not know your vehicle and pay unnecessary repairs. All routine maintenance over the years included new tires, new brakes, new fluids, new filters, new battery, new windshield wipers, throttle body service, differential service, serviced transmission, spark plug wires changed, oil changes, They keep a good track record of all work done. The mechanics that have serviced the truck have always done a great job!

We had to make some last-minute adjustments to our schedule and honestly felt bad putting that on him, but he was incredibly accommodating and worked hard to get his team involved and support us every step of the way. Prashant was fantastic, and Jonathan, the manager, was awesome as well. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. They also did a great job on the price and were completely transparent about the costs. There were no surprise or hidden fees, which we really appreciated. If you've seen CBC Marketplace's recent coverage on dealership fees, you'll understand why that transparency means so much. We live in Waterdown, but we would absolutely make the drive to Parkview Honda again. It's worth the trip to work with people who are this honest, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers.
