I can tell you hands down Capital Dodge is my dealer of choice and should be yours too. It can be difficult to replicate a noise problem, but the team of Capital Dodge (Thank you Ryan Rodney & Isaiah) they really took the time to listen to my challenge and did everything they could to find and isolate what my problem was. With their savvy diagnostic equipment and great technicians, they were able to pin it down and provide the solution. I was greatful for them having the knowledge, know how and equipment to get it done... Don't lose time going else where to someone that may not know your vehicle and pay unnecessary repairs. Put your trust in Capital Dodge, like I have. I will be back!

All routine maintenance over the years included new tires, new brakes, new fluids, new filters, new battery, new windshield wipers, throttle body service, differential service, serviced transmission, spark plug wires changed, oil changes, They keep a good track record of all work done. The mechanics that have serviced the truck have always done a great job!

Shockingly great team effort from the sales crew. Been to many dealers and this was different. I started with a web contact and heard from Ashley P. She answered my question directly without sidestepping. I went in one day to look around and met Al P who answered my questions about cars and the car business and showed me many RAV4 plug-in, BZ, Prius and Sienna. Unfortunately for me none were in stock. Weeks later I went back and saw Al P again but I did not jump on his offer to order a car. Again he patiently answered my questions. Another week went by and Ashley calls out of the blue says they have a new Sienna LE AWD available. I went in a couple hours later and bought it with the help of Rishav. I was astounded Ashley remembered. I have been to so many dealers and this never happens. Finally there was Daman in finance. What a gentleman and a pleasure to speak with. Everyone worked together.
