I went to Crosby Volkswagen to test drive a used Jeep Cherokee that was advertised on the internet. I was met by Aaron Zomer a very friendly and helpful sales guy. He had to find the car on the lot and move some other cars to get it out for me to drive. We went on a test drive and although the car drove great we experienced a vibration in the front console area. Aaron got the service manager to test drive drive the car. The service manager uncovered the problem and fixed it himself. Aaron handled the sale in a professional manner and is an excellent representative of Crosby Volkswagen

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Southbank Dodge in Ottawa, and I was very pleased with the experience. Their prices were quite reasonable for a dealership, but what really stood out to me was their excellent customer service. Before bringing my vehicle in, I had a mechanic friend inspect it, and he diagnosed the problem and identified the part that needed to be replaced. When I explained this to the service team at Southbank Dodge, they respected my situation and didn’t try to pressure me into paying for an additional diagnostic test or any unnecessary services. They listened to what I had to say and proceeded with the repair. I also want to mention Collin in the parts department. He was great, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He even held the part for me for almost a week, which made everything much more convenient. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to listen to their customers. It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership that doesn’t try to push unnecessary charges. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Southbank Dodge to anyone looking for reliable service at reasonable prices.
