We tried to buy a new vehicle this week from Guelph Subaru but found it impossible! The service was so bad that it became comical. Multiple emails, calls, and in-person visits over the course of a week did not yield a salesperson to talk to about viewing and test-driving a Subaru. We walked the lot and no one approached us. A couple of salespeople were in the backlot talking to one another. But not to us! When we entered the store, we were basically chased away by a rude receptionist. Certainly, she didn't ask us our names, offer us a bottle of water or a seat. A salesperson studiously avoided making eye contact with us. Whatever was on his laptop must have been fascinating. I guess they have so much business they don't need more. Or is that the salespeople aren't paid commission or paid enough to care? Oh, but Pfaff's AI bot was willing to talk to us online! So online it is. We are now talking to an online vehicle provider eager to talk to us about purchasing a vehicle. More

Untrustworthy and a waste of time dealership. Spent the weekend driving for more than an hour to see a car. Had a back to back communication with a sale person (JZ syed) during the long weekend.
