Here is the story. I had initially made an appointment for a test drive and after a week, I arrived for a test drive after traveling for about an hour. Unfortunately the vehicle I came to look at was not at the dealership (after a reschedule and waiting a week) and it left a sour impression and subsequently a 1 star review. Albin contacted me the moment the vehicle arrived and explained the situation why the vehicle was not there. He drove from Oakville to Niagara Falls to my mechanic for an inspection. There was no pressure or conditions for this. This restored some faith in the Oakville Mitsubishi dealership and I upgraded my review to 3 stars. Mainly for Albin going the extra mile (literally) bringing the vehicle I was interested in to me. When the day came to collect vehicle. All the paperwork for financing was prepared and ready. I was allowed to read every word of the documents without being hurried. All the necessary repairs were made beyond my satisfaction AND a fresh oil change with a full tank of gas. I am so glad that I gave a second opportunity for Albin and the team to "make things right". ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More

To be honest, my impression of dealers and sales people especially coming from my experience buying a new car 13 yrs ago, my first ever car, I already prepared myself to deal with pushy sales tactics. Sharik was the complete opposite! It’s like a breath of fresh air. He’s very helpful and easy to connect with whether it be by text, email or phone - very responsive! It’s like communicating with a friend. He kept me updated while I wait for the car to be delivered. No pressure sales, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the fact that Oakville Mitsubishi doesn’t charge any instock premium unlike those greedy dealers out there. I know Sharik did everything he could to make sure I don’t pay for anything unnecessary. He even got me a good deal on some accessories! My experience dealing with Sharik and Oakville Mitsubishi in general has changed my impression for the good and made me become more loyal to the brand. Salesman Nikolaos was excellent. I traded my vehicle in for a lesser car. They owed me quite a bit of money and when I went to pick up my car they wanted me to take the one I bought and come back the next for a lesser car. They owed me quite a bit of money and when I went to pick up my car they wanted me to take the one I bought and come back the next day for my cheque. I wasn’t about to do this. I went back the next day when my money was ready and the fellow who sold me the extended warranty really gave me the cold shoulder and rushed me out really fast. He wasn’t pleasant at all. I bet I they won’t let me drive a car out of their dealership and pay the next day. I got a good deal but I didn’t appreciate the unpleasant pick up of my car. Nikolaos was first class guy.
