I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in March. The finance manager Venus Jaan lied in my credit application TWICE which resulted in my application being flagged and rejected despite having March. Since this is our first PHEV there was a lot that was new to us and Mandy's knowledge and patience was excellent. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership. We are also very happy with our Outlander PHEV. The e-range is higher than expected (up to 90km in warm weather) and having the option to switch to gas for longer trips means no range anxiety. It handles really well, has good acceleration, lots of room, is easy to use and has a great warranty. We are very happy customers. More

After a rocky start (through no fault of the representative). The team at Oakville Mitsubishi really pulled through to regain my business. Especially Albin and Georgi. Here is the story. I had initially made an appointment for a test drive and after a week, I arrived for a test drive after traveling for about an hour. Unfortunately the vehicle I came to look at was not at the dealership (after a reschedule and waiting a week) and it left a sour impression and subsequently a 1 star review. Albin contacted me the moment the vehicle arrived and explained the situation why the vehicle was not there. He drove from Oakville to Niagara Falls to my mechanic for an inspection. There was no pressure or conditions for this. This restored some faith in the Oakville Mitsubishi dealership and I upgraded my review to 3 stars. Mainly for Albin going the extra mile (literally) bringing the vehicle I was interested in to me. When the day came to collect vehicle. All the paperwork for financing was prepared and ready. I was allowed to read every word of the documents without being hurried. All the necessary repairs were made beyond my satisfaction AND a fresh oil change with a full tank of gas. I am so glad that I gave a second opportunity for Albin and the team to "make things right". ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More
