Shockingly great team effort from the sales crew. Been to many dealers and this was different. I started with a web contact and heard from Ashley P. She answered my question directly without sidest Been to many dealers and this was different. I started with a web contact and heard from Ashley P. She answered my question directly without sidestepping. I went in one day to look around and met Al P who answered my questions about cars and the car business and showed me many RAV4 plug-in, BZ, Prius and Sienna. Unfortunately for me none were in stock. Weeks later I went back and saw Al P again but I did not jump on his offer to order a car. Again he patiently answered my questions. Another week went by and Ashley calls out of the blue says they have a new Sienna LE AWD available. I went in a couple hours later and bought it with the help of Rishav. I was astounded Ashley remembered. I have been to so many dealers and this never happens. Finally there was Daman in finance. What a gentleman and a pleasure to speak with. Everyone worked together.
