He was very quick to message us back every time and brought the van to Ponoka for us to look at and test drive. When we decided to go ahead with the purchase he lined up the paperwork with Nikki in finance ( which was exceptional as well) and brought the paperwork back to Ponoka for us to sign. St Albert Dodge refuses to acknowledge a payment of - Bill

St Albert Dodge refuses to acknowledge a payment of almost $1400 for an extended warranty on a Chrysler Grand Caravan. The initial 3 years had lapsed and when the extended warranty went to be used, the dealer indicated there was nothing in the system!! St Albert Dodge refuses to return any calls or texts to discuss. Basically they robbed an 86 year old mother, grand mother and great grandmother. This practice by St Albert Dodge has forced us to contact government officials in order for them to be involved! Things went well we thought, when the vehicle was purchased. But after sales has been a travesty of biblical proportions with no one including management will to return phone calls etc! How can St Albert Dodge consciously rob the elderly of money! Adam was the salesperson and Dylan Van Hees was the manager at the time of purchase. This dealer cannot be trusted and consumers should be extremely cautious of every person employed, as Adam is an assistant manager and freely finds stealing from the elderly an easy task. $1400 from my mothers pension went to that warranty and she was robbed!!

On September 10 2024, I purchased a ram 1500 classic from Strathmore Dodge Ram Chrysler which was listed on their own site and on Cargurus.com as having 302km. The agreed price was settled at 44 000$,which I agreed to pay in full by certified check. But on the day of purchase, I was surprised to see the vehicle had 2984 km. When I expressed my disappointment at the fact that I was not advised prior to the sale they admitted to it being their fault and forgot to update it. I amicably said and that it wasn't the end of the world but a matter of principle and good business ethics. The manager "john" offered me -500$ off the price, which I agreed to and was satisfied with.He said he would get back to me in a day or so. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from him and I had to call back myself only to be told from him, that his "VP" said they could only offer me 2 oil changes services (of a value of 300$) of which I refused, given I live so far way and were not the terms we had agreed upon. He then said he would contact his superiors and get back to me. Though after after many days, emails and calls on my part, and messages left with the secretary to call me back, I've been ghosted and ignored. This is the second ram truck I purchased. One with Ram East-side in Calgary (2023 60k) and now Strathmore (2022 44K)...to be treated in such a low manner is not worthy of the name and brand of RAM. SHAME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR!

I had just another larger expense in the service department. second time in less than a year, on a 5 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee. After expressing considers they deducted about $800, it was a help but still a price was outrages. they a had vehicle for 5 days and still could not wash Jeep. (Even though its called a wash, it is just a rinse) but they could not even do that! It is advertised with every service you get a carwash! (NOT! ) what is a person to do? Are we suppose ask, or does Service advisor ask? how does this work? All they is your money!!!! Don't follow through on their ads. ( apparently unless you micromanage everything / everyone involved) Hailey service advisor was lovely. unfortunately seemed like she could not do her job well with computer / IT had issues.

Got some new tires put on, they presented me with a repair list for the front end of my car totaling $3700.00 said it was important that I get it repaired immediately, I took it to another local garage in Cochrane to get a oil change and have an inspection done again. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front end! needless to say this is the last business I'll be doing with Dodge! Jaw dropping experience!

***Update***. Manager at Derrick Dodge has agreed to install a block heater at no cost. Dodge Charger not as advertised on dealer website. Website window sticker said Charger had an engine block heater. Apparently car was not as advertised. Instillation of an engine block heater is over $1000.00. In Alberta a block heater is not optional item, its required. Disappointed no one from Dodge has contacted me about this issue. ***Update***. Manager at Derrick Dodge has agreed to install a block heater at no cost.

Sketchy service department Went in for gas recharge told didn't need it so I told them why then my serive air suspension light comes on and was told they would go back to mechanic a d get back to me. Before going back to mechanic they had a list of other repairs suggested to me and I said no. Mechanic got back to them on additional work that was suggested on suspension and I said I would have to check with the husband first a d he said no and that's when I was presented with a suspension diagnostics test at a charge of 136.00 and also told I would pay additional lot fee if not picked up today. Had I been told that would hold an additional charge then that would be acceptable but I was not. It appears because I did not take suggested repairs I was charged.

Bought a 2018 ram from this dealer. Alex was our salesman and everything was great. Until it wasn't. I brought up repeatedly that I didn't want to get it off the lot and have it break down within a month. We were reassured that that would not happen and we would be taken care of if it did.....well....it started throwing codes for a fuel pump problem within 2 weeks. Then truck shut down completely on the road. Again I was assured it would be taken care of. It had to be towed to stony chrysler. I had an appt at 0830, and when they finally got around to looking at it. I was informed that it was a fuel module and that it would cost me 1600 dollars to fix. They then told me that a fuel pump was a maintnence issue so it wasn't covered. In the end I ended up paying 750 dollars three days later. I am on a pension so quite a blow. Then the service department sends me 2 e mails asking my to contact them if "for whatever reason I couldn't give them a 10/10 review". Long story short I will not step foot in that dealer again. And will spread the word of how they screwed me over to any one that will listen. I have already removed all the business cards my wife and I took the time to post on the base. So hopefully nobody else goes through this xxxx.
