We are so pleased with Eldon Johnson’s customer service when we purchased our used Grand Caravan. He was very quick to message us back every time and brought the van to Ponoka for us to look at and test drive. When we decided to go ahead with the purchase he lined up the paperwork with Nikki in finance ( which was exceptional as well) and brought the paperwork back to Ponoka for us to sign. Very fast and efficient service!! Thank you, we love the new van!!

St Albert Dodge refuses to acknowledge a payment of - Bill

St Albert Dodge refuses to acknowledge a payment of almost $1400 for an extended warranty on a Chrysler Grand Caravan. The initial 3 years had lapsed and when the extended warranty went to be used, the dealer indicated there was nothing in the system!! St Albert Dodge refuses to return any calls or texts to discuss. Basically they robbed an 86 year old mother, grand mother and great grandmother. This practice by St Albert Dodge has forced us to contact government officials in order for them to be involved! Things went well we thought, when the vehicle was purchased. But after sales has been a travesty of biblical proportions with no one including management will to return phone calls etc! How can St Albert Dodge consciously rob the elderly of money! Adam was the salesperson and Dylan Van Hees was the manager at the time of purchase. This dealer cannot be trusted and consumers should be extremely cautious of every person employed, as Adam is an assistant manager and freely finds stealing from the elderly an easy task. $1400 from my mothers pension went to that warranty and she was robbed!!

I had just another larger expense in the service department. second time in less than a year, on a 5 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee. After expressing considers they deducted about $800, it was a help but still a price was outrages. they a had vehicle for 5 days and still could not wash Jeep. (Even though its called a wash, it is just a rinse) but they could not even do that! It is advertised with every service you get a carwash! (NOT! ) what is a person to do? Are we suppose ask, or does Service advisor ask? how does this work? All they is your money!!!! Don't follow through on their ads. ( apparently unless you micromanage everything / everyone involved) Hailey service advisor was lovely. unfortunately seemed like she could not do her job well with computer / IT had issues.

Got some new tires put on, they presented me with a repair list for the front end of my car totaling $3700.00 said it was important that I get it repaired immediately, I took it to another local garage in Cochrane to get a oil change and have an inspection done again. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front end! needless to say this is the last business I'll be doing with Dodge! Jaw dropping experience!

Sketchy service department Went in for gas recharge told didn't need it so I told them why then my serive air suspension light comes on and was told they would go back to mechanic a d get back to me. Before going back to mechanic they had a list of other repairs suggested to me and I said no. Mechanic got back to them on additional work that was suggested on suspension and I said I would have to check with the husband first a d he said no and that's when I was presented with a suspension diagnostics test at a charge of 136.00 and also told I would pay additional lot fee if not picked up today. Had I been told that would hold an additional charge then that would be acceptable but I was not. It appears because I did not take suggested repairs I was charged.

Absolutely criminal what this dealership will do to make money. Back in September 2023 I was asked by a friend to co-sign for him to finance a vehicle with Renfrew. Being a new immigrant to Canada he could not do it alone. I agreed, the overall deal seemed smooth. I was told it was only for 8 months by Andrew and Ken until he could build credit and take over on his own. We both signed separate sets paperwork (which I thought strange at the time) which was sent off to the credit company. Information to register the vehicle was sent in by the Andrew and Ken for us, no problem. Fast forward a year down the line the person I co-signed for had an accident with the vehicle, the vehicle at this point was insured in his name solely(as we thought both our names were on the vehicle bill f sale) it was a complete write off, insurance would not pay. I also paid for GAP insurance, which probably will not cover the vehicle either. I was in contact with Santander the loan company. Turns out this vehicle was only ever in my name alone. He was never building credit at all. Needless to say I never would have agreed to sign as I had my own vehicle and did not need to build credit. I was flat out lied to, told I was co-signing as the Primary but he was not even on the paperwork. He even signed papers, which Andrew told me they "can't find". So I have had to retire from my 18 year career with the RCMP and cash out my pension plan to pay for this vehicle loan. Which was never a co-sign. This is absolutely CRIMINAL!! This dealership should be shut down. It ruined my career, took away my pension and wrecked my credit. I am going to file a complaint with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council. The accident made all this information come to light or I would have filed a complaint much sooner.

Beware!!! As previously rated "SCAM ARTISTS"!!! The sales person who promoted "family run business" wrote in black felt and provided their finance person an "All-In-Pricing". 2 hrs later this led to bogus fees ($999, $899, $699) which the sales person said was the law - REALLY! An out right lie and after researching plus a $10 AMVIC fee which incidentally is also added on as well, what another waste. AMVIC says there was no advertising provided ... the bill of sale should be enough to go on??? I paid for running boards and there is no mention on the bill of sale or was an invoice provided? I contacted the dealership and the family run ownership justified their BOGUS fees by trying to tell me I got a great price below msrp and should be happy for that. Lessons learned I would have given a negative rating but this survey does not provide that option >>> worst vehicle purchase ever!!!
