Weang in the parts department was far more enthusiastic about assisting with my parts inquiries than the first employee I dealt with. The entire interaction shifted from making me feel like I was buggin about assisting with my parts inquiries than the first employee I dealt with. The entire interaction shifted from making me feel like I was bugging the parts department to actually feeling like a guest in the parts department. Partway through my interaction with my first parts advisor, she stopped and passed me off to to Weang, I'm glad Weang stepped in when he did.
