I had A cylinder head gasket replaced on a Cummins 6. 7 in a Ram 3500 and it failed with a week. Norlan would not warranty their repair. (Non deleted engine) Upon having the head gasket replaced at another shop it was brought to my attention that there was a scar that (as they stated, was a chisel strike mark). and that they were tiring to crack cylinder wall. With the new head gasket installed engine did run ok. when this was brought to Service managers attention his reply was he would be happy to sell me a new truck. This is what happens when sales are low and its a family owned business. More
