Great service! Got an oil change done and once I got home realized a part was hanging underneath. It was indeed broke. The lady supervisor(I do not recall her name) was amazing and got the part ordered and replaced at no charge. However, I did not appreciate the young man who was giving the lady smart mouth remarks about the part being useless and it doesn't matter. The lady did handle it well and said it wasn't attached properly and broke and it was there when I had come in, therefore it should be replaced. The young man did not like that answer and was very rude with her. I have had a few oil changes since and have not had any more problems. The guys are usually very quick and great at multitasking. More
