I bought a new 2025 jeep compass. . it’s a lemon! It’s had computer issues since day 1 and Chrysler has no fix for it because it’s causing random electrical failures in my car. Like my car not shutting off when I have turned it off and even got out and locked the car and it would turn off. I have service all of my safety features coming on random or in clusters. They didn’t do the PDI and missed an excessive toe and didn’t set the dash before handing me over the keys. And what do I get from dodge.. dodged calls, Chrysler promised to have my back and they are now no longer contacting me. I have ask for a supervisor multiple times with no call backs. All I have now is an unsafe 45,000 lawn ornament that could possibly be where I die. Most horrific customer service by management I have ever seen. This included calling the seller with full updates when I specifically asked them to not to inform the seller of the results. The mechanic told me to my face (in front of the seller) that there were no scratches anywhere under the car and as soon as I lifted the car after buying you can see the front bumper has TONS of scratches. I've contacted corporate and the dealership and was promised a refund and it's been over a week and they appear to be dodging me. (No pun intended) AVOID! More

Items not in working condition that I wasn't informed about: -reverse brake assist failure message upon reversing most likely a sensor is no good -front camera lens broken $600 -drivers wiper hits the body at side of windshield when turned on 50$ for wipers -Service engine soon light with codes p0a1e for starter/generator control module and u0645 lost communication with air dam module possibly upwards of $1000 if generator is no good -USB port in media bin not working 150$ for new ports -prop rods for the tonneau cover (one broken, one missing entirely) at least $100 to find and scrape together parts to make it work -Splash guard under transmission was hanging down and mounting point damaged. Service/communication: -was told it had a workstation center console but it does not. Was told that since we had the window sticker we should have known..USED parts to rectify this are about 1000$ -wouldn't deliver to Fort Mcmurray so we met in Edmonton and truck was delivered filthy, no heads up or anything...STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT FOR THE DETAILING I PAID FOR OUT OF POCKET 3-4 WEEKS LATER... -Arpit forgot the spare key and rear floor mats in the wash bay where the wash bay guy "got hurt" so they couldn't clean it. -Arpit's lack of care/understanding saying it would all get figured out but not instilling any confidence. -Taylor initially was very apologetic but ended our interactions with basically none of the problems with the truck are covered under AMVICs mechanical assessment so that is the risk I take for buying used.. -When sent the bill of sale, it had 300 key fob protection and 800 dollar warranty I didn't ask for and was never informed about. They took off the key fob protection but told me the other one was something they put on the bill of sale instead of admin fees so the customer gets something.. lucky for me i know that's against amvic rules of all-in pricing but when I argued it they became defensive like they would shut down the deal. I ended up having to cancel it after the delivery of the truck and did end up getting 800 dollars back to my loan provider. -Taylor the "service" manager basically stopped trying after I metioned AMVIC's rules on full disclosure -SA financial, which I am pretty confident is a part of the Kaizen group umbrella along with summit fleet as they all share an address, has no app or online portal to view numbers/pre-payment options. not a big deal but annoying. I did try to complain to AMVIC but was told they are basically a toothless organization that can't compel a dealership to do anything, even though they license all car salesmen and shops in AB After reading other reviews and seeing Kaizens name on this dealership I should have known to stay away since Summit GM in Fort Mcmurray also has sleezy sales tactics and terrible service. At bare minimum the dealer should be paying to diagnose the issues I have found so far with the truck. If I could give it back and not lose money I would. Terrible salespeople, terrible management, terrible company with terrible corporate culture. Perfect storm to create the worst buying experience I have ever had. Would give negative stars if I could.
