Sean Fennell is the absolute best. I had to take my Dodge Daytona EV to the dealership for a recall and a failed 12V battery that was creating issues. The recall was done promptly ho I had to take my Dodge Daytona EV to the dealership for a recall and a failed 12V battery that was creating issues. The recall was done promptly however the replacement 12V battery was back ordered with no ETA. My car was already in the shop for almost two weeks and I had no idea when I could collect it. I was supplied a loaner vehicle in the meantime but of course wanted my own car back in my garage! I called Sean just to let him know what was going on and he immediately said he’d call me back after talking to the techs and service writers. He called me back and said he’d take care of it. Within two hours I got a call from Vanessa in service and my car was ready! Sean arranged for another MOPAR battery from another dealership to be purchased and immediately replaced the one in my car. Honestly Sean, Vanessa and April are all very customer focused and I will never take my car anywhere else. 10 out of 10 on every level! More

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. From start to finish they’re crooks. Sold me a truck with hidden issues in which their vehicle assessment was completely false. Renfrew Chrysler may have the most unorganised dysfunctional and clueless sales staff in the history of Car dealerships. Called on a Jeep I wanted talked in with sales man told salesman will be dysfunctional and clueless sales staff in the history of Car dealerships. Called on a Jeep I wanted talked in with sales man told salesman will be there in afternoon 45 min. conversation. Got there Another salesman said was taking over then went to tower another salesman again. Hour later was told the jeep was sold Now Looking at 4x4 more money said be back tomorrow was not sure .Next day after was called 4 more times my different people. I made my way down . was called again by yet someone else the truck is not available. But they have another vehicle I don t want an SUV trying to sell me what I don t want. Frustrated went home from 17000 to 23000 to 27000 .Called again He had a Jeep its 38000 price just keeps going up. Said no .Next day woman calls me She is taking over from the last guy . Please come down for a test drive ON WHAT? She said send me a list of what your looking for and how much you want to spend . I hung up and blocked the number. I sent a complaint to CCA and AMVIC. People No disrespect but I have never seen such a xxxxED UP company like yours ever. 7 SALES PEOPLE 7 ????? More
