Renfrew Jeep is a bad place to buy a car from they take you in to try and make a deal, but there’s no deal to be had. I had to let them take the nice wheels and tires off and put old ones on, the tires wer you in to try and make a deal, but there’s no deal to be had. Went here oct 2023 because of facebook ad 2023 ram 1500 $64k. My wife was principal applicant and was travelling for work, they made her sign online and said we agreed but we dont. I was so mad but its already signed. Ended paying 2023 ram sport for over $84k. Guess what now its $50k truck according to them, $30k loss in 7mos. Choose something but ram, for real not even worthy especially on this dealership they will scam you read all negative comments they have similarities. 2. Make it worst, we were told they cannot take our trade. Gonna end up paying two truck hey, so they offer to buy our truck with us getting $8k negative equity. I said we will pay cash for the negative equity to clear it up and make the deal happen but please return our negative equity once truck sold. Within a week they sold it but played it fool telling stupid stories that its not sold yet and all things, until wife emailed management. 3. We have the truck for 13% interest rate, they made my wife signed papers and make promised that in 7mos we come back and they will lower the rate to 4-6%, i have that on text as well as video. I saved it all caused i have the feeling its another dishonest move. This time came and they called, only to find out im right, its not true we cannot get interest rate lower not unless we trade our truck again to guess what, to them and eat $30k negative equity and dig ourself for more debt. We are just working canadian citizen that is paid hourly, now we are in so much debt. We did this loan its our fault too, and trusting this dealership. Should not be paying $84k ram sport from the beginning with 13% interest plus almost stole our $8k. Losing almost $30k in just 8mos too much, nevermind we payed our negative equity on first trade. I kept thinking why they did all of this to us, is it because were asian immigrant and easy target, too much 3 times never had a a break to rip us off. I hope it wont happen to any family, this is too much. And i hope they return our deposit. No conscience dealership. Think twice before going to this dealership, check their yard hundreds of unit, over supply for demand, you will lose lots of money getting vehicle to this dealership in just one year. Get a ford or chevy. Again beware More

I was I the market for a truck and when I reached out about buying a truck they jumped into action right away, they showed me some options and I ended up buying a truck sight unseen based on the photos a about buying a truck they jumped into action right away, they showed me some options and I ended up buying a truck sight unseen based on the photos and information they gave me, they even delivered the truck to Edmonton airport for my arrival time, they even carried my bags out to my new truck, the pictures I’ve seen didn’t do this truck justice, after the truck was driven from Calgary to Edmonton I expected it to be dirty and I was fine with that, but when I walked out I was amazed! The truck was all shined up like they washed it in the parking lot, the exterior was spotless and the interior was even better, the use of protective covering in the interior was unreal, I took possession of the truck without hesitation! Who wouldn’t! It was spotless and showed better then the pictures, it drove and handled like a brand new vehicle, they did a follow up call just to ask how I liked the truck to just check in and make sure I was happy, this experience alone will definitely have me buying another vehicle from them, it was by far the easiest dealership to deal with and they will continue to get my business, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler in Calgary because they have an amazing team that goes above and beyond the customers needs! Also, finance guy- Art sold me extended insurance “to protect your investment” and despite the form Clearly stating I had 30 days to cancel, told me I was unable to do so two days after I signed until I called him out On it and pointed out the fine print on the form, then he proceeded to try to talk me out of cancelling. Overall, my car runs fine, I got the same trade in value I was offered from other dealerships but now that I look back after 7 months - I know I will not return to this dealership. Oil Change is also considerably over priced compared to other dodge dealership Service. More
