Sales using cheap tricks from 90's just to keep you in the shop. They wouldn't give you any numbers before you sat in the vehicle at took a test drive. Definitely to be avoided. P.S. Please make your research on the Ram engines, before you decide to buy. Lots of issues unresolved since invention date. Lifters being under lubricated etc. More
Sold a vehicle to this dealership, I am from out of town and as we had another appointment I offered to deliver as long as it would be quick. I had to wait for 45 minutes for him to arrive and then wait another 1/2 hour for bill of sales and then after taking my vehicle he announced I would have to to come back 2 - 3 hours later to get a cheque. This would not work for us with our appointment so he promised to courier the cheque that afternoon. They did not, I had to wait another stressful day only to find they screwed me for $75 on a $22,000.00 deal, withheld bill of sales, won’t take calls or return texts. Weird attitude for a big dealership. I’ll never buy or sell to them again. More

They showed a vehicle that was passable to Amvic and when I brought the vehicle into a private mechanic less than three months later the back breaks and rotors needed to be replaced on one side, the windshei I brought the vehicle into a private mechanic less than three months later the back breaks and rotors needed to be replaced on one side, the windsheild wiper was broken and needed to be replaced, the fuel pump was broken and needed to be replaced. When I called to ask for assistance I was ignored for a week until I told them I reached out to Amvic and then less than an hour later I was told they would fix it "if it was in fact broken". Also watch the finance lady, she offers one price and it comes up later. I was told $25k all in and it was actually much greater once the finance lady added gas charges and the wrong warranty. So watch those numbers closely as she rushes you through them and talks your head off when your trying to concentrate on it. SCAM. Also, she tells you that you cannot pay off the loan for 6 months but that is a lie. Second part was the sales person who accused me of using all of the windshield washer fluid on the test drive when I let him know it all ran out on my drive home, being accused of lying about there being someones cigarette butt in the vehicle (i dont smoke) and to leave a dealership after spending $25k and subsequently treated like garbage was a horrible feeling. Finally when I was so fed up with their garbage service and vehicle and went to trade it in at a different dealership ...there was a LIEN showing on the vehicle and when we tried to reach the finance department we were shuffled off to someone else who did not return our call. Thanks to Toyota for taking care of the issue with me because Renfrew was unprofessional and unhelpful from start to finish. Watch what you buy there as it may be very inconvenient if you want to resell the vehicle to someone else or if you want a reliable vehicle that is actually road worthy. STAY AWAY. More

Ok I did and did not sleep for a week now that i accepted on what I let them talk me into Whenever I call and even leave a message for Tylor he never answers nor calls back I even mention this to his manager and all his manager had to say is that's Tylor When I am in the shop and try to have a conversation with Tylor he just answers a quickly with that's the way it is then takes off and avoids me. Very non professional I was promised a privacy screen when I bought this vehicle and its been a month and no news. I really don't think I am going to get it. Now that the deal is done They have no use for me and even care if I am paying a much higher vehicle payment. They are not very honest they just care about making money Also when I tried to register my vehicle with U Connect I couldn't until I faxed them my Vehicle registration so that I was the owner of this vehicle because there was someone else's name on it. I had asked about it with the manager and he said it was an offer on it but finance didn't go through. Well in order to register your vehicle with U Connect or any other services, you need to have purchased it first. So now it leads me to believe they sold me a used vehicle. They also told me if I did not want the vehicle they would buy it at full price back and get me either my own vehicle back or one like it When I inquired about it of course it would be more expensive to do that. Which leads me to believe that may of happened to the previous person.. I don't believe all jeep companies are like that but this one stay away. More

Don’t waste your time with this incompetent dealership. In March 2022 I bought a Wrangler 4xe from them. I had never even heard of them prior to this, just found online that they had the Jee dealership. In March 2022 I bought a Wrangler 4xe from them. I had never even heard of them prior to this, just found online that they had the Jeep I wanted in stock. Overall this experience was ok. Small issues on delivery day (it’s a hybrid and had zero charge in the EV battery, and informed last minute my payment was going to be more than quoted (under $100/month more but I had just driven 2 hours from Lethbridge to be greeted with that) it soured the experience) On July 30th 2022 my wife preordered her Wrangler 4xe from them, a Wrangler Sahara in the limited edition “reign” purple colour. She only had 4 requirements. 1) it be a reign 2) It be a 4xe 3) it have the sky one touch roof 4) it not be a rubicon. We paid our $1000 deposit and were told it should be ready in 6 to 8 weeks. That is the last productive thing we heard in 2022. Every month or so we’d reach out for an update and were told there was a delay because of the sky one touch option. We’d just have to wait. On January 10 2023 (24 weeks after order) we got the call that reign purple was discontinued. Not to worry though we had options. Option 1) We get a Rubicon 4xe in the colour we ordered, but without the sky one touch roof (for $20 000 more than our order sheet quoted the price at) Option 2) We get a Wrangler in another colour and they’d wrap it or paint it. They honestly seemed shocked that I refused that based solely on resale value. You’d think a dealer would understand such things. Option 3) We buy something on the lot (coincidentally they had the EXACT wrangler we ordered that jeep couldn’t manufacture, just in a different colour) We were to drive it until something we want appears and they’d buy it back for exactly what we paid. The problem with this was in the 6 months since we ordered prices went up $6000 and interest rates doubled. Not to mention they’ve proven they cannot actually get what they order. Or be trusted. I am totally convinced that after we took delivery we’d be stuck with something we didn’t actually want. We got our deposit back and went elsewhere. Custom ordered a different vehicle and had it in 3 weeks with absolutely zero issues Don’t waste your time with Renfrew Chrysler. They talk a big game about how they’re “the biggest 4xe dealer in Canada and they have real pull with the manufacturer” It’s all lies. They’re nobody’s who can’t complete the simplest of orders.
