They thoroughly explained the car buying procedure, car specifications, and vehicle financing to us, which made our car purchase experience so enjoyable. While Cliff was working with us during the car delivery, both Aaron and Shelley were so nice to come over to greet us. Cliff was an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional sales advisor. Had taken Rogue for free brake inspection April 16. Rear brakes needed urgent servicing. Service department estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. Vehicle was ready at the exact estimated time. Also honoured 15 % coupon sent to my email. Friendly and professional. Allowed my epileptic dog whom cannot be left home inside premises which reduced anxiety. Vehicle was fixed and also exterior was thoroughly washed. This is a substantial improvement from one of the previous servicing two years ago when a different service advisor lied saying that my wife’s Infiniti EX35 2008 had a leak in the steering column and costs to replace would not be worth it for the car of this age and also hinted it should be sold. So for two years I monitored my wife’s vehicle, inspecting for leaks and the brake fluid level and not ONE drop of brake fluid leakage was detected (please advise if the service receipt is required by Nissan for review which states the purported leak). To this day, my wife’s car drives impeccably. As a result, I refrained from using this dealership for oil changes and seasonal tire swaps for past two years. This most recent service was a welcome improvement to the past services during which I have had to wait extended time for simple oil changes and tire swaps. Here is an example where a technician can drain the oil while changing the tires and save time and save a client money and give an incentive for repeat visits. Thank you and keep it up. Two suggestions for client service improvement is to take in the vehicle into the garage within 5 - 7 minutes of key handover, and deliver services by the promised time, and time spent should be appropriate to the nature of the work performed.

Our experience was fantastic. Georgiy was excellent - he was honest, straightforward and didn't play games - and Mandy took a lot of time explaining the car controls and functions. Since this is our first PHEV there was a lot that was new to us and Mandy's knowledge and patience was excellent. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership. We are also very happy with our Outlander PHEV. The e-range is higher than expected (up to 90km in warm weather) and having the option to switch to gas for longer trips means no range anxiety. It handles really well, has good acceleration, lots of room, is easy to use and has a great warranty. We are very happy customers.
