Disappointed in service… I was told that a faulty airbag sensor was my fault for an empty water bottle rolling under the seat and touching against it. I recently waited five weeks for Nissan Canada to send some faulty valve sensor to the dealership, which is utterly shameful on behalf of Nissan Canada to not have these parts in stock on new vehicles. I’ve had a long-standing relationship with this Nissan dealership over 10 years for brand new vehicles in several family and friends referred successfully… after my recent experience with service I will no longer attend this dealership or purchase a Nissan again…. Oh, and this is the same dealership that previously sold me a two-year-old vehicle that was in an accident over $2500 and did not disclose it…. OMVIC would love to see this, and I still have all the paperwork to prove it. Unfortunately, after a decade, I will no longer be attending here not even for service. More
