It had 95% of what I thought I wanted but the Jeep she found was so much more than I asked for. The trim package and options on it are amazing. Before the sale, she took me to the service manager to discuss the differences in engines and the service needs. Shari walked me through the whole process and has taken care of me after the sale. I took my Wagoneer in for its scheduled oil change. At the same time they offered to flip the tires as part of the regular warranty. Three hours later I finally got to leave! I have been waiting for o At the same time they offered to flip the tires as part of the regular warranty. Three hours later I finally got to leave! I have been waiting for over 2 months for an update on my settings (through the radio) because every time you shut off the vehicle, you lose the previous settings. They finally came to me explaining that they couldn’t reset the oil monitor, so they finally gave up and sent me home. Not sure how long I will have to wait for Chrysler to figure out my problems. Vehicle only has 16000km. More

I had dropped in looking at a used Mazda CX5 as I was in the market for that particular vehicle. It was almost new and out of my budget. 11 months later Shari sends me a text with a 2017 CX5 with low miles, the market for that particular vehicle.
