It had 95% of what I thought I wanted but the Jeep she found was so much more than I asked for. The trim package and options on it are amazing. Before the sale, she took me to the service manager to discuss the differences in engines and the service needs. Shari walked me through the whole process and has taken care of me after the sale. I had dropped in looking at a used Mazda CX5 as I was in the market for that particular vehicle. It was almost new and out of my budget. 11 months later Shari sends me a text with a 2017 CX5 with low miles, the market for that particular vehicle.
