Great experience!. We dropped in without an appointment and Nash helped us right away. My utmost gratitude to Miso for making my vehicle purchasing experience a memorable one. He is very professional, yet still easy going and personable. That made a huge difference to me. My wife and I felt very comfortable working with Nash because we did not feel pressured. He was fantastic explained everything to me very easily to understand. I asked him to look car over an make a few suggestion and again explained everything very well and also said what he thought he would do 1st to 4th and what timelines I kind of had to work with no pressure great guy to deal with . Our experience was fantastic. Georgiy was excellent - he was honest, straightforward and didn't play games - and Mandy took a lot of time explaining the car controls and functions. Since this is our first PHEV there was a lot that was new to us and Mandy's knowledge and patience was excellent. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership. We are also very happy with our Outlander PHEV. The e-range is higher than expected (up to 90km in warm weather) and having the option to switch to gas for longer trips means no range anxiety. It handles really well, has good acceleration, lots of room, is easy to use and has a great warranty. We are very happy customers.
