Lexus of London is a model dealership, starting with the dealership premise all the way to it's staff. Although we did not buy a vehicle from Gentrit Raka (as we were looking for a very specific used Lexus) dealership premise all the way to it's staff. Our Sales Advisor Gentrit Raka was excellent. 5 stars plus! He managed to fit us in, even though we did not have an appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the various pac 5 stars plus! He managed to fit us in, even though we did not have an appointment. We did have some issues with the business manager (Chris Ouellette) not responding to our emails, or answering our questions. When we expressed our concern over the lack of communication, he offered no explanation other then it was "incredibly busy". Having bought cars at Audi, BMW and Mercedes, we did not receive a level of service comparable. Gent was wonderful and helped to bridge the gap in communication. Again5 plus stars. Unfortunately, because of the other negative dealings, we can't give the overall dealership 5 stars. And while we might recommend (and we would definitely buy a car from Gent again), we would certainly disclose our experience. More
