We kept in touch and when it was time to purchase, we knew there was only one person we wanted to work with and that was LIsa. From start to finish Lisa was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we wanted in our car. Recently, we were involved in an accident with our Lexus. Unfortunately, the car was written off. Romeo was there for us, expressing concern, providing advice, and attending to our immediate needs. Four days later, our other older Lexus had an unexpected starter malfunction. Again, Romeo rose to the occasion, meeting the tow truck driver, analyzing the issue and providing us with affordable advice on repairs. In addition, he was able to get the vehicle back to us in less than a day knowing we were down to this one vehicle. He is an exemplary Service Manager, who we trust on all issues. More
