Lexus of London is a first class dealership with first class people. Jillian the sales woman who sold me, two cars actually, was fantastic. She took care of every need I had and was very responsive to every email and concern I had. A small issue came up with the first vehicle I purchased and Jillian was right on the problem. I live in Georgetown and they sent a driver with a loaner and took my vehicle back to fix it. The funny thing was I ended up buying the loaner and they took back the original vehicle I purchased. Ultimately I am extremely happy with how it all worked out. I must say that I have never dealt with a dealership with customer service like Lexus of London. I don’t think they can be beat. I have to give a shout out to the General Manager Chris because he helped facilitate the exchange as well he was great. From start to finnish I had just the best dealership experience, so much so that when I’m looking for another vehicle I will make the 2 hour drive from Georgetown to see Jillian for my next vehicle purchase.
