He was patient as we worked together to determine which car would best meet our needs, including allowing us the opportunity for repeat test drives once we had the vehicles narrowed down. We felt Steve was working to meet our needs through the entire process including the final purchase and delivery. Upon delivery, Steve introduced us to Adam, our delivery specialist, who spent a couple of hours teaching and showing us all the features that were available on our vehicle. When Adam finished, we were much more confident and excited to take advantage of all the car had to offer.
