Stephanie, who also sold my son a similar car few months before, became our contact at the store We drove down to London one Saturday to test drive the car and realized that this was not the car we wanted. Stephanie then found another car for us - a 2017 RX 350 (with only 5,5k) and asked us to go for a test drive, which we did. We really liked this 2017 model and mentioned that to Stephanie. After a few email exchange, we arrived at a mutually agreeably price for the car. She worked very hard to gain our business and she was successful. Purchase of pre-owned vehicle Four years ago, Stephanie supported us to buy out our lease and to make a new purchase - she was new with the dealership. Subsequently, whenever we were in the dealership for maintenance services, she always spoke with us and kept up with our current events. This fall, when we were in the market for a replacement for the older Lexus, we told Stephanie to keep and eye out for a pre-owned Lexus with low mileage. She emailed us, unknowingly while we were on vacation in Saint Lucia, with the 'perfect' vehicle and wanted to give us a chance to purchase before it was available on line. We quickly called her from Saint Lucia and she took the down payment from us so we could complete the purchase on our return. Once home, she made the purchase a simple and painless process (historically, I had always hated the haggling associated with car purchases) but with Stephanie (and Chris) there is such a strong trust relationship that I always feel that we are receiving the best deal possible. I can't imagine not owning a Lexus. More
