Stephanie Shearsby was the sales rep I have been looking for ...she explained everything to us, kept her word and made it happen. I sooo greatly appreciate this no nonsense approach to a vehicle purchase. It's been a month since we took delivery of our RX...and there have not been any after the sale "surprises", or "hiccups".
