I dealt with Karen Campbell who patiently answered my many questions and satisfied my concerns. The work was completed to my satisfaction on time and well done. I was provided with a loaner 2015 RX 350 that I would consider buying at the right price. My only issue would be the cost of the work done on this vehicle over the years. I find it very expensive compared to a local auto repair shop that I also use from time to time. However the quality of the work at Lexus of London is excellent. More
