They were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We actually drove 40 minutes just to come to this location specifically to see them—and it was totally worth it. Zaid and Kevin took the time to show my dad the truck, take us on a test drive, and even help set everything up after the purchase. They truly went above and beyond and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. Ford owes myself and Sherwood apologies. I'm very happy with my 2024 f350 tremor, highly recommend Sherwood ford for vehicles. Top notch ower and sales staff. It's my 2nd f350 purchase in 3 years and I will be back for our next personal and commercial purchase.
