My purchase experience was great however this last service was not so great. Paid $350 for my VWAtlas to be detailed, only to find that they cleaned just the front and passenger back. They “ran out service was not so great. Paid $350 for my VWAtlas to be detailed, only to find that they cleaned just the front and passenger back. They “ran out of time” to do the rest of the vehicle. No one could pick up a phone and call me to see if I was willing to pay for the extra time? Also you had time to put everything from the vehicle into the back but you couldn’t put it in a box? That would have saved some time and maybe the back then could have been cleaned. Service lady said it was unacceptable but then after finding about the allotted time could offer no further assistance. We noted an issue about the front passenger seat, they noted there was nothing wrong with the front drivers seat, we had to text back that they were looking at the wrong seat. No one had the sense to think “hmm, maybe we have the wrong seat”. More
