The fellow showing us the features of the car was obviously in a hurry and was very vocal about being on a schedule. My wife was not amused. I was not happy with the service department. We have a minor issue with the rear hatch not closing properly. I booked an appointment for Tuesday as I don't live in Calgary that was the only full day I had available. The text booking came back for Monday. I called again to see if they entered the date was wrong. Could not get through. Left a message. Called again a few days later and they had changed it to Wednesday without telling us. After a discussion they offered us the following Friday. We booked somewhere else. I don't hate the place but I don't know if I would buy there again. More
We purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander. It did take awhile and during that time we had three different sales people. I guess it relates to there monthly sale, but by the 12 time they mentioned it, it seem to be the main concern during the purchase. We did have to wait 15 months for our vehicle. Although I personally will not by another vehicle here, after that experience, the service department still seems well run. More
I always book the earliest service appointment first thing in the morning and wait for the work to be done. Customer lounge has free wifi and coffee, comfy chairs and plugs ins for power for laptop.
