I’m writing this post so people know how I was treated by Windsor Chrysler dealership & customer service at FCA. I purchased my 2023 charger Daytona in sept of 2023 , after about 6 months I started to notice the coating on 1 rim of my car was flaking off,the rim continues to get worse , now having 9 marks which the dealership & FCA customer service keep calling stone chips so they are not liable to do anything. I’ll be honest , I’ve been very frustrated with the process & all managers , general managers & FCA customer service telling me how sry they are that this has happened but yet they continue to do nothing for me. I’ve asked every person that I’ve dealt with to explain why I have 9 marks on just 1 rim with no explanation. I caution anyone who has to deal with this dealership , they did not treat me very well with my issue , & now looks like I will never purchase an FCA product ever again if this is how they treat their customers, which is sad because I work for a company that supplies FCA.I hope people will share this for me so maybe someone can point me in the proper direction on how to deal with this. I really didn’t want to have to post something like this but I felt I have no other option .
