I confirmed a used vehicle was in stock, i arrived 2.5 hours later. I test drove the unit and went through the process of evaluating my trade: this took a reasonable 45 minutes, but at that point i was told there was a signed offer on the unit and the purchasers were talking to an F&I manager about financing. I was asked to remain on site, the salesperson kept my key, and was ignored for 45 minutes. I was sitting near the purchasers and heard them increase their down payment. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! NO REGARD FOR MY TIME, A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. They should have told me when I arrived there was an offer signed before I arrived, and I would have left, telling them to contact me if the sale did not complete. There was NO respect for my time, I am a repeat NewRoads customer (Subaru) but I am not coming back, and they lost a second sale already, because i had a trade in!! If you contact them, be prepared to waste your time. Zero customer service, cant imagine what the rest of the dealership is like (Service and Parts)! BTW Salesman was great, manager didn't keep tabs on transaction, other than offer me a coffee as I was leaving and if I was interested in anything else! Yeah, how about another used Tiguan JUST LIKE THE ONE I WASTED 2.5 hours on reading 2 year old magazines!!
