I was connected with this dealership when I was looking to buy a part for my ram , I went through their verification process like vin, part things like that , the web site came back and confirmed my truck with the part number , and price , with a big check mark confirmed, i was thinking about it and a couple of days later i received an email saying the part is still un my cart and if I order it I will get 10%off shipping so I ordered it , things went down hill from there , they took my money off my card , they will play word games and say they didn't take my money it just being held until the deal goes through lol , they live on bait and switch , after they took my money I waited two days never received a tracking number I reached out and received a email back saying that the part with the part number and the price confirmed with my vin was wrong that my 51.0 part again confirmed was now 220.0 and they wanted my card number again and my cvv number to complete the purchase, lol seriously 4 times the price from what they already confirmed at 51.0 and took my money before they mentioned that 4 times that 51 dollars to 220 dollars, I asked these scammers about this they told me web site was wrong even thoe it took my vin and confirmed everything, I was not happy especially when Ryan (on line parts)informed me I was to stupid to understand a simple explanation after it was told to me twice seriously ( I have all the emails and screen shots) they are so arrogant about doing this bait and switch they even send the rude insults in a email , so I contacted Mopar parts they told me there was nothing they could do from customer service call the dealership, i asked for the dealership own , nothing , i asked for the general manager, nothing , they would not take my call , i eventually spoke with the parts manager and it took about 10 seconds to see why the on line guy was so rude and disrespectful to customers , because the parts manager made him look like a rookie at it , I have spent 40 years working at dealerships from a shop help to red seal master technician to shop foreman to service Manager and now director of fixed operations and in those 40 years I have never heard or seen a manager speak to a customer at a dealership like he spoke to me , he would not listen to me explain he kept talking over me I had to ask him to stop and can I get a sentence in , he was rude, disrespectful, and just a jerk and laughed about it , he kept raising his voice telling he dosent care and he agreed with the on line guy, if what they wasn't bait and switch i dont know what is , they confirmed your part , and your vin , they take your money off your card then tell you before you can get the part you already paid for you have to pay 4 times the price and when you disagree they berate you and insinuate your to stupid to understand why they are scamming you , if they worked in my store being im the director of fixed operations they would both be unemployed right now, worst experience ever in 40 years with staff at a dealership, the dealer principal, general manager should be ashamed at how a manager in their store acted and spoke to a customer that was simply trying to buy something from their store , if i could give a negative score i would , horrible people they are
