Great place to go shopping. They have lots of inventory for new and used vehicles. The team is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Moe (our sells rep) was super friendly and patient during the whole process as we checked out many cars (new and used) and after checking numbers, we decided to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler as the interest rates, price, discounts, etc... Were perfect for us and Ken was extremely nice explaining everything to us. We highly recommend Capital Dodge but mostly... We recommend their team!!!

I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it was a "lemon" that I unwittingly purchased from a used car dealership. Mark from service walked me through everything that was wrong, the list was long, and braced me for the repair bill. While I went without a car for 2.5 weeks I was always kept informed and ultimately had 2 recalls done, major engine work, a massive discount on an engine part and labor, and ultimately I paid the largest repair bill in my life but I have many new parts warrantied for 2 years and the car drives like a new car!! This is my go to for all future repairs, thanks!

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! How do I give a negative star rating?? This past Friday I worked with a Sales person (who was amazing to deal with) and decided to go and see a truck. It was going to be brought in from the sister location Barrie Chrysler. Had an appointment at 10am Saturday. Saturday Morning - received a call and a message from the dealer requesting a deposit because there is "a lot of interest" and I was over an hour away. I said no problem and provided my credit card as it was fully refundable. I even stressed, I am not into games & shenanigans and will not be happy if I have to fight to get my deposit back and I am not ashamed to make a scene! A snow storm was coming in that afternoon but started early and the weather was far from desirable. We were 30min late for the appointment but did keep the sales person updated on our progress. Once arrived, the sales person was with another client and I was asked to wait. Receptionist was very pleasant offering a beverage while I waited. I waited in my wife's car with her as we did not know how long we would be waiting, we were late after all. Our sales person came to the door and waved, only after waiting a few minutes (not even 10 min). As we walked across the showroom he informed me that he just found out the truck that I came to look at was in an accident and the driver bringing it from the Barrie Chrysler lot hit a pole and put a dent in the door! I said things happen let's take a look as a dent can be fixed. As we went into the viewing bay & walked around the truck I was in absolute shock! The door was destroyed and the kick plate bent the interior floor. I could fit my hand in the gap between the door and the cab! I asked when did this happen? "Oh about 25-30 minutes ago!" I instantly asked why didn't anyone phone and tell me the vehicle is damaged?! We were driving through snowy weather from over an hour away! The sales person stated again that he just found out from the General Manager, Mitch Summers. I asked to speak to Mr. Summers. I asked Mr. Summers when this happened! (he gave a different time frame) BUT he said he was there when it all happened, and was aware we were coming in to look at the vehicle. It was at this point I shared my thoughts loudly on his "Bait and Switch" as "they have lots of vehicles to look at"! This GM's goal was to let me come in, even knowing, that the vehicle was damaged and have us look at other vehicles even though we were driving over an hour (normal time) in a snow storm! He also made reference to how the truck can be fixed in house and not have it on the Carfax because it is not an insurance claim! When I questioned what he said, his response was "we disclose any vehicle repairs on all sales". I was livid at the fact that they had the nerve to call and request a deposit an hour from my appointment but didn't have the courtesy to call and inform me of the vehicle damage that just magically happened! Does anyone else feel a SCAM is happening? To smooth things over, they gave me a $50 gas card for wasting my Saturday morning driving nearly 3 hrs round trip to a vehicle that was damaged and in no condition to sell. The fact that the vehicle could be sold without documentation of the incident is what really bothers me. Whomever considers buying this vehicle, I hope they see this review first . 2022 RAM 2500 Limited - White VIN: 3C6UR5SJ0NG109823 Remarkably disappointed by my first (and last) visit to this dealership. Not only did they loose me as a new customer but my wife was also there to look at a Jeep. Buyer beware.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Service manager lied to me about the services that were rendered. She didn't know my dash cam was active and caught everything. My vehicle ended up being extremely unsafe to drive because I had a loose wheel. Luckily, I decided to go to the Canadian Tire down the road immediately, otherwise it wouldn't have been caught. I paid an inspection fee and the mechanic couldn't even tell that I had a loose wheel. And when I called them about it, Amber (the manager) told me that my Jeep was never lifted off the ground. When I told her my dash cam was active and did in fact show that it was lifted, she immediately refunded me. How many other people have they lied to like this? How many other people's money did they wrongfully take? I could have killed someone or been killed myself, but the manager and service advisor tried to lie and gaslight me. I also recorded my conversation with her in which she lies to me several times. Please do yourselves a favour and AVOID GOING HERE. This place is full of snakes who will happily take your money and lie to your face.

First time customer and I am over the moon I found this dealership, I ahd a bad experience with my last dealer and decided to change it up, the moment I walked in I was greeted by john, i was in for a simple pil change, he offered me water and snacks. Had my jeep done in less than 1 hour. I visited the parts department where I met Amy, she was very knowledgeable and energetic which matched my energy. I confirmed a used vehicle was in stock, i arrived 2.5 hours later. I test drove the unit and went through the process of evaluating my trade: this took a reasonable 45 minutes, but at that point i was told there was a signed offer on the unit and the purchasers were talking to an F&I manager about financing. I was asked to remain on site, the salesperson kept my key, and was ignored for 45 minutes. I was sitting near the purchasers and heard them increase their down payment. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! NO REGARD FOR MY TIME, A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. They should have told me when I arrived there was an offer signed before I arrived, and I would have left, telling them to contact me if the sale did not complete. There was NO respect for my time, I am a repeat NewRoads customer (Subaru) but I am not coming back, and they lost a second sale already, because i had a trade in!! If you contact them, be prepared to waste your time. Zero customer service, cant imagine what the rest of the dealership is like (Service and Parts)! BTW Salesman was great, manager didn't keep tabs on transaction, other than offer me a coffee as I was leaving and if I was interested in anything else! Yeah, how about another used Tiguan JUST LIKE THE ONE I WASTED 2.5 hours on reading 2 year old magazines!!
