I can tell you hands down Capital Dodge is my dealer of choice and should be yours too. It can be difficult to replicate a noise problem, but the team of Capital Dodge (Thank you Ryan Rodney & Isaiah) they really took the time to listen to my challenge and did everything they could to find and isolate what my problem was. With their savvy diagnostic equipment and great technicians, they were able to pin it down and provide the solution. I was greatful for them having the knowledge, know how and equipment to get it done... Don't lose time going else where to someone that may not know your vehicle and pay unnecessary repairs. Put your trust in Capital Dodge, like I have. I will be back!

We recently purchased a new 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Islington Chrysler and traded in our 2018 Summit. From the start of the negotiations to the final signing, the process could not have gone better. We dealt with Moh at the dealership and Moh was really great to deal with. He was responsive, provided fair market value for our trade in and worked out a deal that made everyone happy. Even the day we went to the dealership to do the final paperwork and trade-in, the team there was very professional and Moh was kind enough to do the initial set up of all the onboard systems in the vehicle and get us on the road. We were impressed by how easy the whole process was and there were no hidden costs or gimmicks thrown in at the last minute. Everything was straight forward and made things so much easier for the purchase. Would highly recommend Moh and the team at Islington Chrysler.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! How do I give a negative star rating?? This past Friday I worked with a Sales person (who was amazing to deal with) and decided to go and see a truck. It was going to be brought in from the sister location Barrie Chrysler. Had an appointment at 10am Saturday. Saturday Morning - received a call and a message from the dealer requesting a deposit because there is "a lot of interest" and I was over an hour away. I said no problem and provided my credit card as it was fully refundable. I even stressed, I am not into games & shenanigans and will not be happy if I have to fight to get my deposit back and I am not ashamed to make a scene! A snow storm was coming in that afternoon but started early and the weather was far from desirable. We were 30min late for the appointment but did keep the sales person updated on our progress. Once arrived, the sales person was with another client and I was asked to wait. Receptionist was very pleasant offering a beverage while I waited. I waited in my wife's car with her as we did not know how long we would be waiting, we were late after all. Our sales person came to the door and waved, only after waiting a few minutes (not even 10 min). As we walked across the showroom he informed me that he just found out the truck that I came to look at was in an accident and the driver bringing it from the Barrie Chrysler lot hit a pole and put a dent in the door! I said things happen let's take a look as a dent can be fixed. As we went into the viewing bay & walked around the truck I was in absolute shock! The door was destroyed and the kick plate bent the interior floor. I could fit my hand in the gap between the door and the cab! I asked when did this happen? "Oh about 25-30 minutes ago!" I instantly asked why didn't anyone phone and tell me the vehicle is damaged?! We were driving through snowy weather from over an hour away! The sales person stated again that he just found out from the General Manager, Mitch Summers. I asked to speak to Mr. Summers. I asked Mr. Summers when this happened! (he gave a different time frame) BUT he said he was there when it all happened, and was aware we were coming in to look at the vehicle. It was at this point I shared my thoughts loudly on his "Bait and Switch" as "they have lots of vehicles to look at"! This GM's goal was to let me come in, even knowing, that the vehicle was damaged and have us look at other vehicles even though we were driving over an hour (normal time) in a snow storm! He also made reference to how the truck can be fixed in house and not have it on the Carfax because it is not an insurance claim! When I questioned what he said, his response was "we disclose any vehicle repairs on all sales". I was livid at the fact that they had the nerve to call and request a deposit an hour from my appointment but didn't have the courtesy to call and inform me of the vehicle damage that just magically happened! Does anyone else feel a SCAM is happening? To smooth things over, they gave me a $50 gas card for wasting my Saturday morning driving nearly 3 hrs round trip to a vehicle that was damaged and in no condition to sell. The fact that the vehicle could be sold without documentation of the incident is what really bothers me. Whomever considers buying this vehicle, I hope they see this review first . 2022 RAM 2500 Limited - White VIN: 3C6UR5SJ0NG109823 Remarkably disappointed by my first (and last) visit to this dealership. Not only did they loose me as a new customer but my wife was also there to look at a Jeep. Buyer beware.

The worst dealership! Eddie is a con artist. I bought a vehicle from him and cosigned another and referred someone else that bought. He conned me and said if i cosigned then it would not affect my credit. He failed to give my son gap warranty, i thought the warranty was through the dealership not a third party. He did not explain the cosign with me properly. Son's vehicle written off and i am still paying $5,000 for a warranty i can't transfer into my name or use. Also the manager their assaulted me, and Eddie mocked me in front of other, quite embarrassing. Worst dealership. they went thru service advisors and staff like crazy. all the girls quit.

I had a very disappointing experience with the used car sales and finance departments at Downsview Chrysler. They showed little to no respect for customer requests and seemed focused only on maximizing their own profit and commission. The process felt rushed, unclear, and not transparent. Communication was weak, and I did not feel supported or properly informed at any stage. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Downsview Chrysler based on my experience.

I have never had such a negative experience with a dealership. I was misinformed at best and lied to at worst. There is no desire on their part to rectify the situation they caused. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I traded in a vehicle to lease a new one based on being told there would be no cost to me. They decided not to proceed with the lease buy out and instead returned the vehicle costing me $4k. (I said if there was any cost to trading in I would buy-out my lease). This was done AFTER I had signed the new lease. I have tried everything to resolve this with them and they have no interest. They will say anything to get a sale and will not stand behind their sales process. Unethical and unprofessional is my experience with this dealership. Do your homework before working with them.

I was connected with this dealership when I was looking to buy a part for my ram , I went through their verification process like vin, part things like that , the web site came back and confirmed my truck with the part number , and price , with a big check mark confirmed, i was thinking about it and a couple of days later i received an email saying the part is still un my cart and if I order it I will get 10%off shipping so I ordered it , things went down hill from there , they took my money off my card , they will play word games and say they didn't take my money it just being held until the deal goes through lol , they live on bait and switch , after they took my money I waited two days never received a tracking number I reached out and received a email back saying that the part with the part number and the price confirmed with my vin was wrong that my 51.0 part again confirmed was now 220.0 and they wanted my card number again and my cvv number to complete the purchase, lol seriously 4 times the price from what they already confirmed at 51.0 and took my money before they mentioned that 4 times that 51 dollars to 220 dollars, I asked these scammers about this they told me web site was wrong even thoe it took my vin and confirmed everything, I was not happy especially when Ryan (on line parts)informed me I was to stupid to understand a simple explanation after it was told to me twice seriously ( I have all the emails and screen shots) they are so arrogant about doing this bait and switch they even send the rude insults in a email , so I contacted Mopar parts they told me there was nothing they could do from customer service call the dealership, i asked for the dealership own , nothing , i asked for the general manager, nothing , they would not take my call , i eventually spoke with the parts manager and it took about 10 seconds to see why the on line guy was so rude and disrespectful to customers , because the parts manager made him look like a rookie at it , I have spent 40 years working at dealerships from a shop help to red seal master technician to shop foreman to service Manager and now director of fixed operations and in those 40 years I have never heard or seen a manager speak to a customer at a dealership like he spoke to me , he would not listen to me explain he kept talking over me I had to ask him to stop and can I get a sentence in , he was rude, disrespectful, and just a jerk and laughed about it , he kept raising his voice telling he dosent care and he agreed with the on line guy, if what they wasn't bait and switch i dont know what is , they confirmed your part , and your vin , they take your money off your card then tell you before you can get the part you already paid for you have to pay 4 times the price and when you disagree they berate you and insinuate your to stupid to understand why they are scamming you , if they worked in my store being im the director of fixed operations they would both be unemployed right now, worst experience ever in 40 years with staff at a dealership, the dealer principal, general manager should be ashamed at how a manager in their store acted and spoke to a customer that was simply trying to buy something from their store , if i could give a negative score i would , horrible people they are

My advice? Stay far away from this dealership. We had a signed bill of sale with an agreed amount for my trade in. They went over it my trade, drove it and gave me a price we agreed to. Super excited to pick it up m a few days later and they tell me I owe another 1600$ for my trade as it need some repairs??? The sales manager George "lyin" McAllen, the sales manager told us the repairs were needed so the car could go to auction...well 2 days later it's for sale in their lot. We "negotiated" it down to $1000, because at that point I had already switch my insurance and dealer had flipped the plates. We felt like it was a shake down. Avoid this dealer at all costs, and if you do go, do not give them a deposit!
