When I was first put in contact with Bailey regarding a specific vehicle I saw on the website we chatted about what I was looking for. Turns out that vehicle always at a different dealership and had been sold. Knowing what I was looking for specifically, Bailey searched and found the exact vehicle that ticked all the boxes. When he called me to inform me the first vehicle had been sold he followed up by saying he found another one that could be brought out to Canmore. I agreed and a week or so later drive it off the lot.

What a great dealership and an even better group of people to do business with! To be completely honest, my wife and I usually dread the process of buying a vehicle, as our past experiences haven’t always been the most enjoyable. However, Rishabh and Devin completely changed that for us. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rishabh for something that truly speaks volumes about his character. After trading in our old truck, we realized we had accidentally left something behind. Rather than simply telling us to come back and get it, Rishabh took it upon himself to help us out. After what was likely a 10–12 hour workday, he went out of his way to drive to Walmart, purchase a box, head to the post office, and personally mail our belongings back to us. To top it all off, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! It’s not every day you come across someone willing to go that far out of their way for a customer, especially after the sale is already complete. That kind of genuine kindness and dedication deserves recognition. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Rishabh, Devin, and the entire dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. my experience started off really well, but once i actually started the buying process it went off the rails. Starting with the incorrect address on my finance forms. Then truck had the wrong tire sensors installed , the locking lug nuts were not installed, and my windshield wiper hits the frame of the truck. I am big into hey let’s solve this. Nope, two phone calls to get the lug nuts, wind shield wiper still not addressed. Let’s talk about the balance of the money that they owed me, several calls finally got them to issue the cheque( wrong amount, wrong address,) had a family member pick up both cheques. as i wasn’t sure when I would get them. Promises made to correct the wiper issue and the lug nuts - crickets. it’s all in the service and they do not deliver. gave two stars only cause I really love the truck

She had the opportunity to test-drive the Bronco Sport, and Jesse made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. He was professional, patient, and understanding, taking the time to explain the vehicle’s features and answer our questions without making us feel pressured to make a decision. I purchased a new Ford Mustang Mach-E from Freedom Ford - Vitor

I purchased a new Ford Mustang Mach-E from Freedom Ford and, unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I later discovered it already had over 800 km on the odometer. While I had been told the vehicle would be transferred from another dealership, I was never informed that it would arrive with this amount of mileage. Based on the vehicle's charging history, it appears it may have been driven from Calgary to Edmonton rather than transported. For me, and for many friends and family members I have spoken with, receiving a "new" vehicle with more than 800 km already accumulated is not what most customers would reasonably expect. Highway driving exposes a vehicle to risks such as rock chips, windshield damage, tire wear, road debris, and general wear and tear before the owner ever takes possession. Instead of acknowledging these concerns, I was repeatedly told that this was normal and acceptable. I also discovered that the Ford Service Contract documentation listed the vehicle's odometer reading as 24 km, which does not reflect the actual mileage at delivery. Despite requesting clarification, I have not received a satisfactory explanation. There were also issues surrounding a protection package that was sold to me. The package was verbally described as including protection for the hood, front bumper, and side fenders, but the installed protection did not match what was discussed. During a subsequent meeting, I was told I would receive a refund, yet I never received written confirmation or any follow-up regarding that commitment. What has been most frustrating is not just the issues themselves, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward. My last conversation with the dealership was unpleasant enough that I requested all future communication be conducted by email. I want to acknowledge that some members of the sales team were courteous and initially appeared willing to help. However, the overall handling of these concerns has left me feeling disappointed and unsupported after making a significant financial purchase. I hope Freedom Ford improves transparency, documentation, and post-sale customer service so future customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. We met with Ajay and he was condescending and impatient. When he calculated the monthly cost and showed the financing term, I asked him what interest rate he used to calculate it and he said “I don’t know”. He kept pressuring us to make an offer saying he would take it to his manager, and once we did, he stood up, extended his hand and said nice to meet you, have a good night, and showed us out of his office. We were genuinely interested in buying the car but took our business elsewhere.

Brought my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport in for a Safety Recall issued by Ford Canada to this scabby dealership. Dropped my vehicle off just after 6:00 am on Friday, June 14, 2023. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off, different story when I picked it up. The service technician dropped something on my windshield and cracked big time. Marlborough ford losers are saying the vehicle was like that when I dropped it off. Buyer beware avoid this loser dealership at all cost.

Do NOT buy from this dealership. In November 2024, I bought a 2024 Ford F350 Tremor Lariat HO Diesel from this dealership at an all in price of $110,000 and put $36,000 down. Price was agreed to with my sales associate Isaac McNeill and manager Paul Gilewich through text and verbal phone calls.They sent me a order form with prices. I sat with Jeremy Hamilton for financing. My goal was to pay off the loan as quick as I could to avoid interest by using a big down payment and large yearly lump sums. Jeremy convinced me to use General Bank to get a loan where interest rates were lower and could be bought down by refinancing in a year when rates were lower. He convinced me my lump sums combined with buying down interest would save me a ton of money. He talked fast, used a lot of lingo and convinced me it was better. I asked about a website to track payments and loan balance and he said to just call him for that. (Should have been a red flag) He then started firing out a lot of paperwork and numbers. I questioned the numbers he threw in front of me and verbally discussed the math of the all in price minus the down payment with him. He was super nice and he assured me the numbers add up in the end. I signed what he put in front of me. He packaged a stack of papers into a folder for me. 1 year later, I notice my loan balance isnt what I thought. I go back to the paper work and see that he added $11,195 in a prepaid maintenance plan and a GAP fee of $4347 which is apparently insurance for the financing or something. These are 2 things I would always say no to but he still found a way to sneak it in. To top it off, I've been paying out of pocket for maintenance that would have been covered by this maintenance plan I didn't know I had. I had zero conversations about either of these charges, nor did I agree to them. I even told friends that they did not pressure me at all about extra charges. I signed the papers but rest assured I was tricked into signing for these extra charges. With total cost of borrowing I now owe nearly $20,000 more than I would have under a normal loan. These people were very nice to deal with but I assure you they are very shady. I advise anyone dealing here to slow down the process and very carefully review every document they put in front of you. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like more info and steer clear of Heartland Ford!
