Bryce Harrison is an absolute joke. - Taylormotycka

Bryce Harrison is an absolute joke. Totally unwilling to work with a paying customer. Jennifer in finance was cool.

I saw a car at Dunlop that I had to have, but I did not - andyschwab2

I saw a car at Dunlop that I had to have, but I did not have the money yet, just enough for a deposit so, so I kept making those someone else wouldn't get it first. The salesman was excellent, said he could be patient and would accept my deposit. My "deal" kept getting delayed, so I kept making those sorry "not-yet, not-yet" phone calls. The sales manager and finance manager stayed with me and supported me the whole time. When I began to question what I had got myself into, their response was excellent. After 2 1/2 months, my deal finally pulled through. The car was ready outside. Those guys at Dunlop made my day! Great people - all the best.

*They don't deserve even single star* Unethical, - JJ

*They don't deserve even single star* Unethical, Deceptive, and a Complete Waste of Time – Do Not Trust DK Ford Edmonton If you live outside of Edmonton, do not waste your gas or your time driving to this dealership. They operate on pure bait-and-switch tactics, lie about their numbers, and have zero respect for their clients. My nightmare started on the Ford Canada website, which directed me to a vehicle at DK Ford. I signed up and got a call from Sales Associate Dan the next day. I clearly outlined my expectations, and Dan formally offered me a $44,000 cash buyout if I transferred my trade-in under my company name (or $42,000 cash for a personal account). In return, I was going to buy their vehicle, which was priced at $95,063 plus GST. Based on these agreed numbers, they told me to make the drive from Calgary to Edmonton to finalize the deal. I drove up on August 11, 2026. The second they physically looked at my vehicle, the scam started. They suddenly claimed they needed to deduct $2,500 to repair the windshield, back light, and some hail damage. I immediately pulled out my phone and showed them the WhatsApp chat history with Dan. I had explicitly sent Dan pictures, a video, and a detailed text message documenting the windshield, back light, and hail damage before they ever made the $44,000 offer. They already knew about every single defect. I took this proof directly to the Sales Manager, Terence. Instead of honoring the deal his associate made, Terence went into his office, called me in, and shamelessly repeated the exact same line about the $2,500 deduction. He knew he was caught in a lie and couldn't even make eye contact with me. I walked out of the dealership. Hoping they would realize their mistake, I contacted them on August 13 to get a final, honest deal. Instead, they doubled down on the disrespect. They sent me a new quote that dropped my trade-in value down to $39,500, and the cash take-out plummeted to $37,627. This bait-and-switch would have resulted in a $6,372 loss compared to their original $44k offer. To make matters worse, they quietly increased the price of their own vehicle by $1,500 to $2,000, tacking on random levies and dealer accessories. Again, I had it fully documented on WhatsApp from Dan that those exact levies and accessories were already supposed to be included in the original $95,063 price. They topped off this completely fraudulent quote with an arrogant note saying, "Take it or leave it today." DK Ford is an absolutely unethical business. They will lie to get you in the door, ignore written proof of their own promises, manipulate the numbers by thousands of dollars, and waste your time. Sales Manager Terence and Sales Associate Dan are completely untrustworthy. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

They stand behind their word that if you are not able to - Margaret

They stand behind their word that if you are not able to give 5 stars they will make it right. They always get my vehicle serviced, and repaired if needed in a reasonable amount of time. Shop rates high but aren't they all.

The worst customer service ever, You should be ashamed of - amroumh

The worst customer service ever, You should be ashamed of yourself. I had purchased 2 F-150 from your dealership and when the time came I wanted a trade in and you’re price was higher by $5000 than other dealerships. I did all my services at your dealership and you guys sold me a set of tires that aren’t the ones I picked out, I was very angry so your team knocked down a $100 from original price. After 2 months I realized my vehicle was shaking and brought it to your dealer and your team said it need new brakes and rotors. I got those replaced and the vehicle was still shaking. I brought the vehicle back to you and you guys could not figure out why my vehicle was still shaking. 3rd trip your dealer realized there was a bubble/puncture in the tires.(the tires I did not order but you guys just put them on) and now your stating the bubble is what’s causing the shaking, Corey the sales manager was trying to force me in buying a new set after I just had purchased 2 months back. I was furious and I wanted to know why the tire had a bubble. Sales manager said only way we can find out is if we send the tire to the factory they’ll be able to tell if it was a pothole or curb or a manufacturer defect, he said can take up to 6months. So I had to get my old set from home to put on in the mean time. So I went back after 5 months and asked the status of the tire they initially sent out. Corey than said oh sorry we didn’t send your tires out because I know you hit a curb, when I know for a fact I did NOT. I than asked where are my tires than and he stated they threw them out and in return for there inconvenience the will give me a used set. I refused and I will never do business with drayton valley ford again and I will make sure everyone is well aware of how terrible of a dealership you are! You are literally lying in your reply to make you guys look good. Take a seat your nothing but a bunch of scammers and liars. TO Darren you should ask Amber about the promise i had from Corey to send the tire to the Factory

We worked with Jaylene at MGM. - Ttyess

We worked with Jaylene at MGM. She showed us various units with absolutely no pressure to buy. And ultimately, she brought us the one we took home. Jaylene’s experience and knowledge made the buying process so easy, that I’ll be buying a new F350 from her in the spring. Plus, with the Ford Reward Points and Go Auto reward points, we got some interior pieces and oil changes for a couple years. Stellar, top notch service from Jaylene and the rest of the staff !! 10/10 will do again !!

Bought a clutch for v mac compressor, had to pre pay bc - Tedfos90

Bought a clutch for v mac compressor, had to pre pay bc it wasn’t a Ford part, which is fine, the “knowledgable” staff decided to give my part to another customer and didn't notify me at all. I found out the day before i arranged to pick part up when i called to confirm it was there. Cost me a week of lost revenue for my business… NOT IMPRESSED

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating! - BRAMZ

Service department - Truck guy

In July 2017, travelling thru whitecourt, our truck broke down, we had it towed to spruceland Ford, all we asked for was to have our truck fixed, simple request, but all we got was a run around, now the way I see it .... if u can do it -ok, if not let me know & I'll just take it somewhere else to get it done.... don't play the role Dave!!!!but 3- weeks later we bought a new truck from spruceland, thx to Kelly , sales manager.... see Dave ... I think u better take lessons on customer service.....sales department-1.....service department-0.....

Great Buying Experience Here. - Dean Skor

Great Buying Experience Here. My experience in buying a preowned car at Aspen Ford Sales was excellent. Even though I live almost an hour away from Stettler, Jeff in sales made it easy for me to get information, negotiate a fair price, and place a deposit on the vehicle - and the price was the best I could find after extensively researching the best value I could find in Alberta. When I, my wife, and 5 year old son arrived at the dealership we were greeted by friendly staff and even popcorn which our little one loved. The car was nicely detailed and ready for us to test drive - thanks John! During the process of test driving the car, talking to staff, and completing paperwork we never felt pressured in anyway. Rob and his entire team actually helped us feel quite at home (which was a unique experience for us coming from the "big city"). On a final note, the dealership building seemed new, and was bright and open with lots of windows - very comfortable. So for all these reasons I would recommend Aspen Ford Sales to friends, family, and anyone else in the market for a vehicle. Tony

Lynn and Kevin in the service department are great to - Debra Penner

Lynn and Kevin in the service department are great to deal with. They go above and beyond to ensure your concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently. They don't laugh at you when you imitate engine sounds. 😜 I trust them to be truthful when they recommend repairs.

Everything about Harwood Ford says they want your - Smitty

Everything about Harwood Ford says they want your business! I wished I would have bought my Platinum there instead of Canmore, where you get terrible service! Everything is done right right from the front end to the back end! Wished that it was closer to me in Canmore lol
