I traded a vehicle with cylinder deactivation and they knew how i felt about this flawed feature. looking at dealership this is not the one for you! I traded a vehicle with cylinder deactivation and they knew how i felt about this flawed feature. looking at a 2025 ford bronco sport 1.5L ecoboost, there was never any mention during the sales process that it also has cylinder deactivation. This vehicle shudders and vibrates at low rpm it constantly is in the wrong gear. If you wish to have a better ride you need to put it in sport mode. However your gas mileage will suffer dramatically. I have now owned this unit for 4 months and its already showing electrical cliches. After bringing it in to have brake pedal softness and squeal issue along with goat mode not available issues. No resolution was found. How do you test brake if no KM change on the odometer when I pick up my car. I would suggest you move on from this brand especially sold by Whitecourt Ford More

Worst customer experience ever!! Worst Dealership I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. Got quoted $200 for door weatherstripping, got charged $330. That's unacceptable. Paid $100 warranty deductible to have it fixed. When I picked it up it wasn't fixed and they refused to give my money back. They had my vehicle for 6 days. Theirs no reason it shouldn't be fixed. They refuse to work with me at all in resolving this issue. Want me to waste my time, gas and money to bring my truck all the way back there so they can look at it again (I live an hour away). I understand people make mistakes, but do something to make it right!! Why do I have to pay for their mistake?? More
