Avoid this dealership if you value honesty, professionalism, and your time. I initially went in to purchase a vehicle that was listed as available on their website. During the test drive and professionalism, and your time. I initially went in to purchase a vehicle that was listed as available on their website. During the test drive and multiple phone/text conversations, I was repeatedly told the vehicle was available. Only once we started discussing pricing was I informed that it had supposedly already been sold. The dealership then offered to bring in another identical vehicle from another dealership, but attempted to charge an additional $5,000. After some discussion, I ultimately agreed to proceed after clearly stating that I did not want delays. I was given a firm delivery estimate of 3–4 days. Instead, the vehicle took 16 days to arrive. Throughout the delay, I was repeatedly given conflicting information by the sales staff and Sales Manager Chris Zabala regarding the vehicle’s status and location. I was initially told the vehicle was already in transit and delayed due to weather, but later learned it had not even been picked up from the other dealership yet. After the ongoing delays and poor communication, I completed the Lincoln customer survey honestly reflecting my experience. The following day, the sales manager contacted me and offered winter mats if I changed my feedback. I told him we could discuss this when the car actually arrived. He did not further contact me about the survey until I went to pick it up. While picking up the vehicle, the sales manager brought me into his office and told me the dealership would cancel the deal unless I changed my survey responses. Sales Manager Chris Zabala said he “didnt want to strong arm me but was getting orders from his higher ups”. I was told the survey affected dealership bonuses and that they would not release the vehicle until the feedback was changed and processed. After weeks of delays, misinformation, and pressure regarding the survey, the dealership ultimately cancelled the deal. This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had. I would strongly recommend documenting everything carefully and considering other dealerships before doing business here. More
I gave them a 2 only because I've never had a problem there until now, I had called them about a week ago for them to change spark plugs, and to look at my brakes, so they booked me in for this morning, there until now, I had called them about a week ago for them to change spark plugs, and to look at my brakes, so they booked me in for this morning, they said it was going to take about 3-4 hours, so I got a complimentary ride to the mall expecting it to be done by noon or 1 at the latest. 7 hours go by and I get an email from them asking me if I want them to go ahead with the work, I responded by saying no because it was taking way too long so I go to pick up my truck and they charged me over over 400 dollars in inspection costs, I was so upset at that point, they found things wrong with it that didn't even have to be changed, for the whole job, they quoted me about $3500, because the day before I had the same truck in at OK Tire and never quoted me that much, long story short, even these multi billion dollar companies will try to soke you and rip you off, i will never go there again, thanks 🙃 More
