Waterloo Ford is completely dishonest. I left my summer tires with them for storage, and now they’re claiming I “picked them up at delivery.” That never happened. I’ve never seen or touche I left my summer tires with them for storage, and now they’re claiming I “picked them up at delivery.” That never happened. I’ve never seen or touched those tires since leaving them with this dealership. They have zero proof that I collected them. No paperwork. No signed release. No photo. Just their word — and their word is worth nothing. They’re brushing this off like it’s not their problem. If you’re thinking about trusting this place with your vehicle or your property, don’t. They lost my tires and are now trying to cover it up instead of making it right. More
