Shady. Sales Manager and Finance rep made me really regret ever dying business with this dealership. Purchased a 2024 F150 Platinum, all cash, and the expe Sales Manager and Finance rep made me really regret ever dying business with this dealership. Purchased a 2024 F150 Platinum, all cash, and the experience was peculiar to day the least. Empty, completely hollow promises from the Finance fool who begged us to finance at 0% instead of pay cash so his dealership could make extra money from Ford. Offered us fictitious incentives that turned out to be smoke and mirrors. Needed the truck so we went through with the cash purchase. Went back to trade up after a year of excessive highway driving and that experience solidified my suspicions that these guys do not operate above board. Down payment for a truck they did not even have in inventory. Only discovered that after paying a surprise visit to the dealership after driving up from Calgary for a funeral and then decided to stop in for a look at what I had put a down payment on earlier that week. I felt like I needed a shower after meeting with the Sales Manager who blew smoke up my pie hole and insulted my intelligence until I abruptly ended the discussion and walked out. More
