Where do I start? I have never owned a Ford prior and thought let’s give the Bronco a try. The sales person was kind but very inexperienced and I felt he did not receive a lot of support or coaching. After I made the deal and went through financing everything went down hill. Anything that was promised did not happen until (but did the financing quickly pushing all the extras) kept asking, poor communication, lack of follow through, went around in circles. The customers relations person stepped in almost two months after the sale to rectify my concerns. The service man, Nathan was fabulous and deserves recognition for amazing customer service. I have purchased at least 10 vehicles in my lifetime and never had such poor service and felt there are some unethical practices. Please beware if your deal with this location. Once they gave your money good luck moving forward. More
