I am not a regular customer at Zender. My vehicle had an electrical issue late at night and had it towed to Zender. Fords lot. The service rep. was excellent. I am hearing impaired. The rep communicated via text which was very helpful. The repairs were correct. Clear accounting by the mechanic on the invoice regarding the diagnostics and work done. Reasonable cost and no over charging. Excellent service. Definitely recommend Zender Ford.

Had difficulty with the F350 tremor but it was issues right outta The factory and something myself nor Sherwood could have predicted, they did best the could to quickly get me in another truck identical to the first one , very grateful for them doing all they could in very unique uncommon situation. Ford owes myself and Sherwood apologies. I'm very happy with my 2024 f350 tremor, highly recommend Sherwood ford for vehicles. Top notch ower and sales staff. It's my 2nd f350 purchase in 3 years and I will be back for our next personal and commercial purchase.

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. The sales guy was decent. But the finance guy was not….. he pressures you into buying extended warranty that he claims covers any issue you may have, to turn around and have it not. Then calls you a liar and ignores the emails and doesn’t even try to rectify the situation or anything. The service department must be blind as well as they can’t see a blatant safety issue right in front of their eyes when they “safety” a vehicle. Nothing but lies lies lies from finance the. After the sales complete they say “oh by the way it’s not the original motor”

GO to freedom Ford reviews started review 13mth ago but on here I'll go to today,payed 63000 plus gst and 4000 for EXTENDED WARRENTY,,not only has freedom refused to fix,so has many other Ford's,I guess they figured first canadains problem soon,and even though I was honest with WARRENTY company fearing they wouldn't cover,and in August fear was reality they said has to do all repairs,Tried for 6 weeks to get into Sherwood Ford,phone WARRENTY back told me to stand up for myself,I have sent over 50 emails to Ford first 4 months,100 with WARRENTY,500 atleast to freedom Ford,even went to AMVIC, no way they can sell 70 thousand lemon steal my WARRENTY money,mean while it can no longer even go to corner store,in the whole year scared to drive never went on highway never took over 50kms and thank God as they STEARING SNAPPED out then snapped in broken but could steer then lost brakes then traction control and heater went off then came back it sounded like a boom,I've contacted all asking AMVIC how they can rob me 67000 on truck 4000 on WARRENTY knowing from day one when the heat OR core blew they were never going to cover,and now I pay 30 a day for cabs and the truck is toast,I was told get a LAYWER if I had 20 grand I'd just fix truck,all electrical gone battery was gone in July Koch charged it for me even under WARRENTY no replacement,running boards not working they don't put motor in they put on grease,gear shift moves on its own,alligment can't charge you it will just go out again under WARRENTY wouldn't even look at bent tires,they were willing to start ripping transmission apart 6 weeks later but only if I could get there they knew I wouldn't go on highway asked if they would contact freedom to get them doing all transmission alligment electrical all that's needed ,they said they can get threw own parts I have many to fix.i only drove truck 1800 kms since July,they also kept 16 days so they didn't have there guarantee, SO I ASKED,BEG IF YOU WANT A FORD STILL DONT GO TO FREEDOM FORD,they also did 945 dollar math error on contract and kept that too.

This dealership is not an honest dealership. Sales team is looking for sales and not customers. They over promise and underdeliver on those promises. Do not be fooled, this dealership is not on your side of the table. They are on Lincoln’s side of the table and care more about their bottom line than their word and their reputation. I would not purchase a vehicle here nor recommend anyone to after our experience. If this is the Lincoln experience that Lincoln Canada promotes, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. The premium customer service was a 1 star at best.

WORST dealership.... I made a deal and pay deposit...for financing they checked my credit and it was approved. After that guy name paul told me there is warranty work pending on car and it will take 2 weeks to get it fixed which was not even mentioned before getting my deposit and credit check. I preferred to wait because they put hit on my credit. They did the worst thing i have ever seen in my life.... they put the same car online for $3000 more. I made a call and talk to the guy about it and he said don't worry its your and you are at first priority untill you don't wanna buy it... iafter 2 weeks finance manager just call me and told me that car has been already sold... i waited for 2 weeks and hit on my credit and 1000 deposit is nothing for them.. I don't recommend anyone to buy car from this dealership. Don't waste your time here these guys are not there for good business..

Brought my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport in for a Safety Recall issued by Ford Canada to this scabby dealership. Dropped my vehicle off just after 6:00 am on Friday, June 14, 2023. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off, different story when I picked it up. The service technician dropped something on my windshield and cracked big time. Marlborough ford losers are saying the vehicle was like that when I dropped it off. Buyer beware avoid this loser dealership at all cost.
