Great experience with managers I found myself at the Villa location on Steeles last week and I must say the experience definitely exceeded my expectations. In service I was speaking with Benny regarding the "diesel recall" and some questions he was unable to address. This is when the sales manager (Sean Sahakian) jumped in and clarified the issue for me. It was impressive to see how taking 5 minutes out of his day to reassure me that Volkswagen is "on it" and that I have nothing to worry about. In speaking for just a few minutes he knew what my trade in value potentially would be and what promotions were available to me if I was interested. This was my first visit with this dealership and from now on this is where I will be servicing. Great job Volkswagen Villa! More

My last service appointment had multiple issues circled on the report, but were unable to explain what work had to be done or why, and wouldn't let me speak to the service staff. Oh, and the service staff insisted I give them a perfect score on their follow up survey. On top of their terrible service, they love to spam you with unwanted communications. I've repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing lists and phone lists but I still get harassed by them regularly. If you want terrible service and incompetent staff, this is your dealership. NEVER BUY A VW – A MUST READ If you are considering buying a Volkswagen, I would seriously advise you against it and read this before making your decision. On Friday September If you are considering buying a Volkswagen, I would seriously advise you against it and read this before making your decision. On Friday September 12th, I took my 2012 VW EOS Convertible in for service to VW Villa on Steeles Avenue in Vaughan as my car was stalling intermittently. I will save you the pain of reading all the details as they are truly not that important or relevant. It is NOW October 27th and we just called the dealer and they STILL have no clue why the car is stalling and no date to provide us as to when they will have a solution. With all the technical minds at VW, they cannot find out why my car is stalling. What makes matters worse, is that when I spoke to the Manager Mr. Peter Del Grosso, his response is “Why do you care when your car is going to be ready, you have a loaner car”. So, what I did was contact VW head office and got to speak to a “Customer Relations” specialist by the name of Vanessa (who refused to give her last name) at 1-800-822-8987 X 14270. Vanessa simply repeated the words of Mr. Peter Del Grosso saying they have no idea as to when the car will be ready for pick up with a proper solution remedied. I asked Vanessa “How long do you deem reasonable to have to wait for your car to be fixed?”. Her answer was “I would wait an indeterminate amount of time as long as I had a loaner vehicle.” I am at the point where I have to wait for the dealer to call me to tell me car is ready because when I call lately and ask for Peter, he is just rude and abusive to me. I believe this to be absurd and thought people should know this is how VW treats their customers. Purchased brand new passat wagon in 2009 and i'm already having issued with the car. the engine light came on while away from home. Took car into a vw dealer out of town and they were kind enough to check my car without even asking for a dime and told me i could drive it back home but had to get it checked out. Came to my dealer VW Villa and they told me that because the warranty has expired they would charge me $115.00 just to look at it and determine what's wrong with it. My car has 5yrs powertrain warranty though. They still wont look unless i pay the 115.00 first. If the issue is powertrain then they wont charge me but if it is not then they wanted to charge me the 115.00 just to check. I have been a customer for the past 4.5 years and this is the type of service they provide! I purchased the car from them and this is how they treat you once the warranty expires. Very disappointed with VW Villa! More
When I was buying the car there was a floor model and when I went to get the car the floor model was no longer there and I've asked them is this the one and the sales person said no this is from the back when I went to get the car the floor model was no longer there and I've asked them is this the one and the sales person said no this is from the back! interestingly the car had 300K on it which he later said it was to take the car for tinting! and as stupid as I am I never thought why would a car needs to go 150km each way to get the windows tinted. Later when the car bluetooth was trying to connect, another name was showing up (other than my cell) and I went to the dealership and he claimed that was for testing the bluetooth!! Later when I took my car to service I saw that the sell date of the car in the book is 5 months before when I actually bought the car; so no brainer conclusion is that the car was sold to someone and was returned to dealership but they sold it as a brand new car. I've complained to VW but they refused to get involved as the dealerships are "privately operated". I'v been with VW for years but this dealership and the sales person made it my LAST VW EVER! More
I am very satisfied with this car buying experience. I love this car. The sales agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
