I have had the worst car own experience with this dealership and their service department!!. I purchased a 2021 Tiguan from the dealership and prepaid oil change which then I found out was at every 15000Km!. I asked if that is technically acceptable by VW and the answer was a "YES". half way at first oil change the car lost about 2L oil !!. the service attendee strongly advised me that this is absolutely normal and that is how all VW turbo engines work and you are expected to top up the oil by 1L/1000Km!(which equals to 14L oil added by the owner of the car VS 4L for dealership!!.) I was played the same game by the dealership until last November the same service attendee person after my continues complaining, confirmed that VW Canada has been aware of the issue with your car model which requires head gasket cylinder replacement! but they are so backed up that if you decide to do the repair should bring it in 2025 before your warranty expires and leave the car for about 3months with VW Canada with no loaner car to get fixed!!!. absolutely unacceptable how I was treated in this dealership with all the money I poured in there with my last money to own a reliable car to keep!!.

Bought a $50000 car here. Customer service was excellent until they got my money. Then they ignored me and would do nothing for me. After looking at other reviews about this place I discovered that this is the norm for this dealership. I read reviews from employees as well and found out they are also poorly treated. Do your research and you will see. If you must buy a Volkswagen, there are many other fine dealerships that will sell you one. Take my advice. Do not buy a car here. You will be sorry you did. I surely wish I didn't.

Simply a great dealership with strong client focus. The sales specialist whom I dealt with at the Volkswagen Villa was very professional, courteous and sincere, which made the car buying experience absolutely a smooth one. As someone who wasn't from GTA, the sales staff member went above and beyond with customer service in addressing my concerns. Traditionally, car shopping can be such a stressful experience as the sales team is often interested in making a quick sale instead of listening to the customers' needs. In addition, both sales specialist and the Business/Financial Services Manager were helpful/knowledgeable regarding Volkswagen products/services and did not apply any hard-selling tactics which was awesome. Overall, this dealership is very transparent and will go beyond to make sure you are satisfied!
