Terrible, dishonest, and rude staff, in both sales and service. Went in to get a security code for a replacement radio on Saturday. Code was wrong, so I went in Monday to have them check. This time, they wanted to charge $60 and refused to explain why I was being charged 0.5 hours of labour for 1 minute's worth of work, and service rep dodged answering my question of why other companies like Honda and Subaru would provide codes for free. Went to Yorkdale VW instead, got the proper code in 5 minutes, no hassle. It's not like it's the first time they've ripped us off, either. "Accidental" price misprints in their favour, amongst other incidents abound when we bought our Jetta in 2005. Take your business to Yorkdale VW, Richmond Hill VW, Pfaff Motors, anywhere but here. It'll be worth the extra drive not to deal with these people. More
