I purchased my 2023 Venza Limited from another dealership in town and went there once for servicing and won’t be back again ( except to get my extra key fob) Todd was so professional and went beyond to help in town and went there once for servicing and won’t be back again ( except to get my extra key fob) Todd was so professional and went beyond to help me get the Toyota app to work … I had asked several times at the other dealership. Now it works ! Yayyyy! It was a perfect service including my wait time which I was able to do work in the lounge . Todd keep me up to date on what was happening while I was there too . Friends have told me that this dealership is far better and they were right ! Todd is great ! More

Well, the senior service manager sat me down and talked to me and helped me understand a few things about my warranty and the worked that i needed done on my vehicle. That was the first nice thing I apprec to me and helped me understand a few things about my warranty and the worked that i needed done on my vehicle. That was the first nice thing I appreciated. When I came in for my appointment and met with Todd, he also explained things to me about the work that was going to be done. Once the job was done and the cost was reasonable, Todd also let me look at the old parts that they had taken off the car. I appreciated that. It was an overall good experience and I will be using Toyota Town for all my future visits with my Toyota Corrolla. See you in January 2024. Thank You More

Todd gave me excellent service in a difficult situation. I had a puncture on a Sunday. CAA changed the tire, but of course I needed a new tire intalled. I called ToyotaTown Monday morning and explained I had a puncture on a Sunday. CAA changed the tire, but of course I needed a new tire intalled. I called ToyotaTown Monday morning and explained the situation. A couple of hours later, Todd Servantcalled to say that he was searching for a suitable tire, and he would get back to me. He called back around noon and told me that he had secured the tire, and if I could bring my vehicle in to the service department at around 2:30, he could squeeze me in. And that is what happened. So without an appointment, I managed to have a new tire installed in one day. Thank you, Todd. More
