I have been a customer of ToyotaTown for 25 years now and it has always been a very positive experience for me and a safe one for my family. I have purchased all of my cars in that span of time from Sylvia Donovan. Her knowledge and honesty is above reproach. I will continue to speak highly of ToyotaTown to my family and friends. Over the past 25 years I have appreciated the excellent service that I have received. I trust Todd Servant When I bring my Toyota in for service, I only deal with Todd Servant. Why? I trust him. As a single mom with very little knowledge about car maintenan When I bring my Toyota in for service, I only deal with Todd Servant. Why? I trust him. As a single mom with very little knowledge about car maintenance, I rely on Todd's expertise and advice. If Todd recommends something needs to be fixed/replaced, I always do it. I know the advice he gives to me, he would give to a member of his family. I have also been known to call and ask his advice before making an appointment or I just show up and he is always patient, friendly and knowledgable and takes care of the problem on the spot. He gives me the confidence that I am spending my money wisely and maintaining a safe vehicle. More
