I have been with ToyotaTown for many years. Have bought new AND used cars there that have lasted forever and have had all my services there as well. My last vehicle (2005 new Echo) was traded i Have bought new AND used cars there that have lasted forever and have had all my services there as well. My last vehicle (2005 new Echo) was traded in for a 2017 used Yaris in May of this year. So far so good. Everyone has always been very polite and efficient. I think Todd was one of my first service people ever- super friendly, answering all my questions and calling back himself recently regarding some missing hubcaps. We had zero worries during the weeks that the car was out of service. Today's service-regular maintenance- was similar. Todd kept me informed as to what was going on, and gave me an option with respect to worn windshield wipers that I wouldn't have thought of. Todd did an awesome job, I was not rushed, the work to be done was explained well and he worked around my schedule for pickup.
