Service advisor explained all required work and revised later to delete some work that had already been done by pre Greeting upon arrival was prompt. He approached me in the waiting area to physically show me the cabin filter that needed replacing before going ahead. Overall experience pleasant but I was surprised car wasn't washed after servicing. I thought that was standard practice. I will be in today Nov 13 for snow tire swap, but don't expect wash for this appointment. More

Found out that in addition to the tire change, they had washed the car also. I don't usually opt for the free car wash due to the extra time that it takes, however, it was a pleasant surprise this time. More

I have just leased my 3rd Toyota Corolla from my leasing manager Sylvia Donovan. As always she was very helpful and knowledgable about my options, and not pushy.
