It was a pleasure buying a vehicle at Toyota Town A pre visit phone call to Geordie made him aware of the exact RAV4 we desired. We met him in Januarybut due to my health issues and then Covid19 we we A pre visit phone call to Geordie made him aware of the exact RAV4 we desired. We met him in Januarybut due to my health issues and then Covid19 we were unable to get back for a purchase. We new we wanted ti deal with Geordie. The RAV 4 was ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived for our appointment. All the features and controls were well explained. The numbers were covered in the sales contract. Trade value was agreeable. We had to wait for our review with Rita due to sales volume that day. Rita was also very enjoyable to work with. The extras were well explained and we concluded our purchase. I should note I am 75 years old and have cancer. They proceeded with everything at my slower pace. You were recommended by John Meagher. Service Left my car for service the evening before, using the drop key box. Asked for Helena to call with an estimate on the cost of repairs. She called back with some recommendations later in the day and estimated cost. All service was completed on time and the total price was under the estimated cost, which is always a pleasant surprise.
