When we decided to buy our second car in Canada we went to Toyota in 2003 and we had a very bad experience with the sales representative and decided not to buy Toyota again... This year we had great experience with Shawn...He treated us with great respect. he is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was handled very professionally. Finance Manager Rita Dalal was very friendly as well as efficient. I hope to get same experience at the service department too as we would like to drive the car for many many years...
