I have experienced other service calls with other locations, but none have met the high standards of integrity, professionalism and technical knowledge as I experienced with Rob. His troubleshooting skills are outstanding, and his explanation of the problem and fix were greatly appreciated. Taking his time to consulte with the shop foreman and extending himself to get to the root cause is the extra effort that any customer would appreciate. Rob is an exceptional addition to your service staff and is a prime example of how to excel in customer satisfaction. Job well done by this employee.
