Electrical Issues On Jan. 28, I brought my F-150 to Quick Lane for an oil change and to check why my radio stopped working and why the battery keeps being drained. Quic On Jan. 28, I brought my F-150 to Quick Lane for an oil change and to check why my radio stopped working and why the battery keeps being drained. Quick Lane diagnosed the electrical issue (battery and charging system were found to be ok). They advised I needed to have it further looked at in the regular Service Depart. next door and made an appointment for me for Jan. 31. When I took my F-150 to the Service Dept today, they said I didn’t have an appointment. Fortunately they did take my truck but couldn’t promise they would have time to deal with my electrical issues today as I didn’t have an appointment. Disappointing. More

Got there and was told Ben is at a call center in Regina (Strike 1) Told the vehicle was sold but no one knew when it sold. Currently is still on the website so was it bait and switch?(Strike 2) They were not prepared for us and scrambled to get the stories straight. Logic would say at least have a vehicle of this same level prepared as alternate. But nothing was prepped.(Strike 3) after much discussion a test drive was made available and while inside was clean as it was new the outside and the windows were dirty which tells me there is no fore thought or attention to detail.Sales rep assigned to us had really no say and deferred to the sales manager I wont even get into the attitude of the sales manager, suffice it to say car sales persons have a poor reputation for a reason. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone More
BUYER BEWARE! Go anywhere else but River City Ford I bought a brand new 2018 XLT (302A) Supercrew for $52,500 and had nothing but problems with it. I currently only have 2000kms on it and I have been b I bought a brand new 2018 XLT (302A) Supercrew for $52,500 and had nothing but problems with it. I currently only have 2000kms on it and I have been back to the shop 5 times with concerns. They installed my mud flaps incorrectly which resulted in the brackets grinding into my frame, they installed my tonneau incorrectly so one side sticks in the air over an inch, they installed a warped bug deflector that also had to be changed, my back up sensor has been going off for days straight anytime I wash my truck, my navigation went blank and would not work, and the most recent stop had my vehicle in the shop for 8 weeks due to a knocking sound coming from the rear-end that they can’t fix. They told me “It is what it is” and to come pick up the truck. They told me too bad, I have to live with the noise! Tried working with multiple members of the River City Ford team to come up with a solution and they were unwilling to work with me on a reasonable solution. Their solution in the end was that we part ways relieving them of all responsibility of this situation. (Esteban was the only exception, and was great to work with as my sales rep). BUYER BEWARE!! Trust me, go ANYWHERE else to buy your Ford, you will be glad you did. More
