River City Ford

We factory ordered a 2021 F-150 from River City Ford. Within 30 days of delivery, it had a phantom battery drain. We have spent 3 1/2 years of a 4 year lease working with Ford Canada Customer Outreach an Within 30 days of delivery, it had a phantom battery drain. We have spent 3 1/2 years of a 4 year lease working with Ford Canada Customer Outreach and two different Ford dealerships to resolve the issue to no avail. The truck is regularly dead. Finally, we requested the termination of the lease and were ready to turn over the keys. Ford Canada has washed their hands of it and closed our file. The dealership won't take it back for servicing because they don't know how to fix it. RCF won't let us out of our lease. So, we are basically stuck with a very expensive paperweight. We will now be seeking legal advice. This was supposed to be my dream vehicle. So disappointed. More
