I had a recall on my airbag inflator and so instead of booking an appointment with my regular Acura at silver hill. It was more convenient for me to make an appointment with northwest acura. The day I showed up for the appointment, people at nw Acura were friendly and gave me the attention that customers should get. Offered free car wash, free water bottle. The manager there was very committed to their on time policy. Very pleased with this dealership. Nw Acura is by far better than silver hill Acura. More

Nothing but accolades I have bought a number of vehicles from this dealership dating back to 2002. My experience over all those years whether dealing with the Sales or Serv I have bought a number of vehicles from this dealership dating back to 2002. My experience over all those years whether dealing with the Sales or Service departments has been nothing but complete satisfaction. In April of this year I contracted for the new MDX Sport Hybrid with a delivery date of early June. This delivery date was subsequently pushed back until the last week in August with the delivery finally being made at the end of September. The delay in delivery was no fault of the dealership but rather Acura as they were limiting the number of deliveries of the Sport Hybrid and slow to get them to Canada from their assembly plant in the US. Throughout the delay in the delivery process the Sales Manager (Josh Lam) and the Sales person (Effren Hachey) could not have been more supportive. These gentlemen went way beyond what one would normally expect from a car dealership in addressing my concerns and needs. I was treated with nothing but the utmost of respect and courtesy. I give this dealership top marks for its integrity and customer service. Nothing but accolades for NW Acura. GM More

I asked Megan the angry advisor to get the light checked or replaced if necessary, 4 hours later she texted me and told me it will take them time to replace the light therefore I have to pay $73 plus the price of the lightbulb. This people don’t care about customer all they care about is money. I’ll never go there again. More
