Chris's knowledge of all things Acura allows him to quickly assess any issues with my vehicles and then direct his team members to resolve any problems. The service desk team members are courteous and gather all of the pertinent information required to insure my vehicles are kept in great condition. I love that I am kept informed by text message throughout the day as to the status of my vehicle. The dealership always requests approval before completing any repairs and advises me of the costs involved, so there are no surprises when I pick up my vehicle. The dealership even provides a free car wash during my visits. I feel fortunate for having found Chris and his service team because they take so much pride in their work. The Northwest Acura's service centre is focused on keeping their customers happy and their vehicles safe to drive, which is why I look forward to working with them for years to come. More

2004 Acura EL Maintenance Maintenance included oil change and dealing with airbag warning light on on dash board. Acura shop concluded that drivers seat belt was at fault and a Maintenance included oil change and dealing with airbag warning light on on dash board. Acura shop concluded that drivers seat belt was at fault and airbags were thus disabled. Repair was to cost ~$550. But i had the exact same problem with this car 6 years ago. NW Acura agreed to repair seat belt problem with labor only cost of ~$150 plus diagnosis cost of ~$85. Kudos to NW Acura to help cover cost of obvious inherent Acura defect. Never had this problem with any of my other vehicles (Toyotas, Hondas, Mercedes). More

In the past I have encountered poor service and dishonest mechanics at some other businesses but I feel that I am getting fair and honest treatment at Northwest Acura. In addition to the good service, the service experience is pleasant because of renovations to their workplace that were done over the years, Vehicles are processed in an orderly fashion and the environment is calm and quiet.
